I chose the HFK device because I was looking for a truly reliable Apple CarPlay solution for my motorcycle trips, and after using it extensively, I can honestly say I’m extremely satisfied.

It’s a rugged device, built to withstand real adventure riding. I’ve tested it under direct sunlight in temperatures up to 43°C (109°F), through dust, and on off-road trails, and it has never let me down.

On my BMW R 1300 GS, I connect it using the BMW cradle, and whenever I ride my Honda CRF300L, I simply move it over using the dedicated HFK mount. That flexibility is one of its biggest strengths.

HFK also offers cameras and a remote controller, making the whole system even more complete.

Connectivity has been flawless. It pairs quickly every time, is always ready to use within seconds, and has remained stable and reliable throughout my rides. It simply delivers exactly what it promises.

Another thing I really appreciate is the continuous software updates, which keep improving the device over time. On top of that, HFK’s customer support is outstanding—whenever I’ve needed assistance, the team has always been responsive, helpful, and ready to solve any issue.

For me, this is finally an Apple CarPlay device worthy of the name. A rugged, dependable product designed for riders who expect reliability in every condition. I highly recommend it.

Excellent motorcycle CarPlay unit. The HC50 was easy to install, connected to Apple CarPlay straight away, and has been reliable ever since. The screen is bright and easy to see, even in direct sunlight, and the quick-release mount is a great feature. Build quality feels premium, and it has made navigation and listening to music while riding much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality motorcycle CarPlay system.

Buongiorno, credo che HFK abbia fatto un ottimo lavoro. Ho utilizzato questo CarPlay in GRECIA e devo dire che mi ha sorpreso. Display sempre luminoso e ben visibile, onestamente il telefono non lo uso più per navigare perche con HFK ho risolto ogni problema.
Sulla mia bmw F900xr non ho il pacchetto sensori pneumatici e ho risolto con molta facilità montando i sensori HFK. Funzionano sempre anche dopo aver preso tanta acqua. Per quanto riguarda la compatibilità andate tranquilli perché basta collegarlo la prima volta e tenere acceso il Bluetooth del telefono. Ogni volta che spegnete la moto, HFK si spegne dopo 15-20 secondi e all’accensione della moto anche lui si accende contemporaneamente, la compatibilità è davvero ottima e fino ad ora non ho avuto problemi. Poiché è un CarPlay che su bmw posso mettere sotto chiave, non lo stacco quasi mai, neanche quando lavo la moto. È totalmente impermeabile. Credo che sia un ottimo prodotto.

I had the opportunity to test the HFK HC50 during a demanding motorcycle expedition across the Algerian Sahara, covering thousands of kilometers of rough terrain, extreme heat, dust, and constant vibrations.

In those conditions, reliability is everything. While some of my other accessories didn’t survive the trip, the HC50 continued to perform flawlessly from start to finish. It remained stable, responsive, and never let me down, even in an environment that pushes both rider and equipment to their limits.

What I appreciate most is that the product simply works. Installation was straightforward, the quality feels solid, and after real-world testing in one of the harshest riding environments imaginable, I can genuinely say it earned my trust.

My experience with the HFK team has also been very positive. They have always been responsive, professional, and open to feedback, which is something I value in a company.

This review is based on my personal experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HFK to riders looking for dependable equipment that has proven itself in real adventure riding conditions.

I've had the HC50-RM fitted on my Himalayan 450 for a few months now so able to give it a decent review.
As soon as the unit turned up the packaging gives the clear impression of something premium. Opening it up continues to build that impression - all the components look well made and every main wire / connector etc is clearly labeled. There are clear fitting instructions included but given how clear it is what goes were - they are barely needed.
Routing the cables and installing the screen was very simple - there's plenty of cable length so can't forsee any issues on even the biggest bike.
Once everything was fitted and powered up there's a quick WiFi connection needed to ensure the unit is up to date - setting it all up is very intuitive and didn't take long. No issues at all getting android auto set up with my phone and the dash cams running.
I quite like the default screens that show heading, speed, altitude etc and there a physical buttons along the top to switch to car play or dashcams etc on top of just being able to press the screen.
The screen does an excellent job of avoiding glare - it's not super bright like some but is clearly visible in even the brightest direct sun.
I've found myself mainly using android auto and then having the rear dashcam up on screen when I'm on a trail with the mirrors folded so I've still got a rear view even when standing - which is great to have.
The screen works well with gloves and moving around the map or selecting options isn't ever a problem.
It's a great addition to my bike and more than happy to recommend!

Initially, I was surprised to see a Chinese company integrating into my BMW GS; however, it blew my mind how it performed and how easy it is to now ride on my BMW R 1300 GS and my BETA 300.

HFK RM 50 really changed how I now perceive technology in adventure riding, especially with the fact that I constantly ride on road and off-road and need connectivity with my phone to navigate through the routes. The integration of the device using Apple CarPlay and native connection to my BMW wonder wheel is seamless, and this is a game changer for me.

I'm yet to install the camera upfront in the back so that I can see crash detection and automatic capturing of Video. And I would like to highly recommend this product to anyone who wishes to enjoy riding a big adventure Motorcycle and wants to swap it with another motorcycle with ease.
