カスタマーサポートチームからの親切丁寧なメールでのアドバイスが最高でした。
当初入荷後接続起動したのですが、GT8Dの表示画面が車載ディスプレー上のメニューバーとラップし一部タッチメニューが押せない状態でした。メールで問い合わせたところ親切丁寧なアドバイスをすぐに頂きファームウェアをダウンロードしアップデートしたところ無事問題解決しました。
問い合わせに対する対応が早く親切で大変助かりました。
又、このGT8Dは今までのAIBoxより起動時間も早いです。
楽しく使わせていただきます。

Know that when you buy a product from Linkifun, they stand squarely behind your satisfaction. I bought 2 Apple CarPlay devices and one worked great, one did not. I emailed the customer service folks and Emily immediately resolved the issue and sent out a replacement in less than a day and a half, done and dusted! The fact of customers rating them over 4 1/2 stars is merited, as I’m a real person like them. Companies in my opinion, live and die by their services to their customers. These folks take it seriously and give you results that you are more than satisfied with. Bravo to all of them! Thank you!!!!

約70日に渡って使用したレビューです。まず何より手軽に愛車のナビシステムをAndroid化する事が出来て感動しました！日本語にもちゃんと対応してます。製品は多少のクセはあるものの、慣れてしまえば問題ないレベルです。たまにWi-Fiが自動で繋がらず、手動(設定アプリからアンドロイド設定→Wi-Fiでスポットを選択)で設定する事もありますが、動作も比較的安定しています。何よりもメールでのサポートが素晴らしく、迅速且つ丁寧なのが感動しました。日本語でもしっかりサポートしてくれて非常に助かりました。末永く使って行きたい製品です。

Very happy with customer service and the product
I had a minor problem with my order, but the customer service team did everything possible to fix it, and they succeeded. I’m very pleased with the product, and I've tried several similar items. There’s minimal lag when interacting with the selections on the screen, and up to now, it hasn’t caused the car display to freeze.

Sono davvero soddisfatto di questo acquisto. Il dispositivo è estremamente versatile e permette di utilizzare diverse app di navigazione anche offline, garantendo piena autonomia dallo smartphone. Oltre a Google Maps preinstallato, ho scaricato facilmente dal Play Store un’app per la gestione dei file GPX, che funziona alla perfezione. Il display vanta un’ottima luminosità, fondamentale per l'uso all'aperto. Nota di merito per il servizio post-vendita: sempre presente, rapido e disponibile anche solo per semplici chiarimenti.
