Limetree Lifestyle Anmeldelser

Easy to order online and collect at the shop. Friendly staff and quick service. Limetree is a beautiful wee shop but as a work I rarely get a chance to browse so I love the fact I can browse online at night and I can collect on my lunch break.

Bought online and picked up in shop

Presented in a lovely gift bag
They have some lovely items

As I entered the store the assistant did not acknowledge me and continued to eat her breakfast. If I had not bought online and was in to collect the item I would have left the shop. Please be more attentive to your customers.

Ordered gold tip matches, was sent olive tip matches, wrong colour

Excellent product, well packed and delivered on time. This was a gift for my daughter for her birthday - the only reason I have given this 4 stars is because she said that she loved everything but the wine tasted like vinegar.

First time purchasing from this website, thrilled with my Wisteria foliage ❤️🌻

Amazing gift! Great prices and my husband just loves them! Will definitely be buying from you again

Excellent communication and professional service. Very quick delivery and delicate items well packaged. I will definitely buy from this company again. Thank you x

The order came sooner than expected, my other half was very happy with it! :)

Love your products. Did struggle to find info on the site for the free shipping expected spend once through to the pay point.
DPD walked to my gate which was open and took a picture and walked away. So waiting for delivery still. DPD are always rubbish where we live.
But looking forward to receiving.

Quick deliver and great item. Thank you

Fast dispatch, beautifully internally wrapped, packaged and sealed item ( important if ordering gift, more so if it is for a newborn baby, you need clean).
Very reasonable prices I expected things to cost more as online store looks posh and is well set out.
Very pleased with my item hope to use this store again.

The product was perfect just what I wanted unfortunately the packaging was damaged I did email and sent photos but didn’t receive a reply I understand this was not your doing as it seemed to have had something put on top off it with weight behind it luckily the product inside wasn’t damaged. I had to buy other packaging to gift it which was unfortunate as it was missing the logo.
Thank you.
Susan.

Lime tree refunded the cost of my bergamot and Rose oil as it had broken in the post. I really appreciated them refunding me, but it would have been nice if they had bubble wrapped the bottle in the first place and put it in a box to protect it. You can use newspaper and cut up a bigger box to use as a smaller box by sellotape to protect the glass bottle. I was so looking forward to it and it smelled absolutely gorgeous.
