I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and after returning the item the company says that I sent wrong item wherein the delivery guy first checks the order and then accepts the return. Now they are not processing my refund stating quality issues.

Horrible service by limeroad they are cheaters.i purchased product from them which I returned as well it's been more than a month they haven't returned my money back .

Worst experience… I will never suggest anyone to buy from this platform.I have requested return for one dress due to size issue but my mother handed over incorrect dress to the pick up person.by mistake which was so expensive.
Even though it was not same dress, the pick up person has accepted and original seller Has passed in quality check.
When I explained this issue to customer care they don’t supported me and even they were not listening to my issues properly… their executives are so rude to attend the customer problems. If you want to return anything which you have ordered from Limeroad you can even put 50 rs saree in package… they will accept it… they don’t do the quality check at all. Never recommend this platform to anyone …

I ordered a kurta and it was not delivered and status shown delivered. I called the customer care they are not ready to listen. I am telling the issue is from your delivery shadowfax but cutomer care person not ready to accept.
So request all the people not to buy from lime road. they are cheater

I expected better, both in terms of the product and how customers are treated. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The employees I interacted with were not helpful and lacked basic customer service skills.

Yesterday night i have done a payment with limeroad, amount is deducted but still order is not placed at vellore unlimited store please check and return my amount of Rs 559 and call me 7448660122 i will provide you the transaction id please

Very bad experience. Do not order anything from limeroad. I ordered 2 suites and on the same delivery date i raised return request with photo and all but after that 2 times my order return request automatically cancelled. The quality of the suite was very worst compared to price. I called to customer and again rasied return request from customer care and again same it is cancelled the return, Completely waste of money and time = 15 days. I raised mail through complaint lets see what will be repsonse but do not buy anything from limeroad is it very bad experience.

Worst site..never order..ordered a coord set but received only pant..on raising return,the courier guy refused to pick up saying it is incomplete..called umpteen times and got connected to customer care..they asked me to mail..on mailing never got any response..raised return again but again refused to pick up..my money got lost

Very bad experience with shopping. I will never recommend this to anyone.

I had ordered some items
One was never delivered
3 items i wanted to return size issues
But the limeroad people automatically cancelled my return without consulting me and i am stuck with items i cant use

Wish I could give zero stars for the horrific experience my mother endured after shopping with this company. She purchased a Women’s Floral Printed Straight Kurta (XL), but instead of a smooth transaction, it turned into a nightmare.

While trying to contact their customer support, she ended up being targeted by a scammer who pretended to represent the company. The scammer contacted her through WhatsApp, yelled at her, and threatened her to empty her bank account. It was a traumatic experience for her.

What’s worse, this could have been avoided if the company had proper security measures in place to monitor and address fake listings of their contact information online. Their failure to do so shows a shocking lack of care for their customers' safety.

This company clearly doesn’t take its customers security seriously. I strongly advise against shopping here unless you’re willing to risk falling victim to scams. Terrible experience—never again!

As a returning customer of LimeRoad, I must share my recent disappointing experience. After receiving unsatisfactory products, I initiated return requests with a clear selection for refund to my original payment method.

The return process was problematic from the start. The Shadowfax agent initially marked the pickup as failed after a missed call (the phone rang for merely 10 seconds), though the item was eventually collected the next day.

Despite selecting refund to the original payment source, the amount was converted to LR Credit without my consent. When I contacted customer support, they initially denied the order's existence and then falsely claimed I had selected LR Credit as the refund method.

This appears to be a systematic issue where customers are forced to make future purchases using LR Credits, effectively trapping their money within the platform. The mobile app's performance is subpar, frequently causing device crashes. The platform has also discontinued sending email notifications for order updates and return processes, reducing transparency.

Recommendations for potential shoppers:

1. Research thoroughly about LimeRoad on trusted review platforms before making a purchase.

2. Video record all return requests for documentation (right from going to the Orders section > Request return > Mode of return). This will help you file a complaint against them on the consumer helpline in case of such issues.

3. Verify their transparency on social media by reading comments about other buyers' experiences.

LimeRoad needs to prioritise system improvements, maintain transparent communication, and restore customer trust through ethical business practices. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

They are bunch of scammers, their return policy is name sake, I am trying to return the package since 2 months now and they are just responding to me via email that they are investigating the issue. The issue is just that the size is fits smaller than expected.

Even I don’t want to give one star, I bought 2 saris from lime road website and they delivered only 1. After doing long long follow up they were not ready to accept that it is their fault and telling me that vendor has delivered 2 saris. They did not given me a single call or they had not shared video which they told me that they will share.
Very pathetic customer service experience. They are cheater don’t shop from limeroad unless you want to waste your money.

Limeroad is utter useless company & they will send defective merchandise & don’t return money as I even after waiting for two months. Customer service is very poor & they are making business on our money only

Items are ok but delivery is worst, without any call from limeroad courier partner, they will update as attempt failed. And also courier people openly saying that said area not under me etc.
