Fraud company. Send orders with missing items and when we return them they denied refund. Telling item received are not complete. Even after providing item Opening video

Very poor quality and i have ordered shot of size 38, but they have sent shot size of size 32 and asked for replacement/return they are not helping eventhough it was their issue sent wrong item, worst begger service they are providing with LimeRoad.

I will give Zero- 0 rating for this LimeRoad clothing products.

very poor in return and refund. products are not good. don't purchase any product from him.

i ordered a jeans and due to size issues, i tried to return.the site was shoing pick up initiated. But after 10 days, when contacted, i was told that pick up is not in my pin code. I gave another pin code. after a week when contacted i was again told that pick up is not there in that pin code too. they did not inform the status. we have to raise queries every time. at last i sent the packet my own. since then it is showing quality check up pending. when contacted again, it was told that refund will be reflected within 7 days. after the expiry of seven day when contacted, i was told that it will come within 7 working days. totally irresponsible service. dont buy anything from them. irresponsible entity. the worst experience i had. will not recommend to anybody.

No appropriate return policy never buy anything from these cheaters . Nobody asks for cover pack to return but they do and manipulate tge customer

I have bought a solid long sleep biker jacket one month ago,,, but only in one month it is damaged,, worst product ,, never buy anything from this company

Fraud scammer,very unsatisfied by the service of this company..messged and called but not responding...i should file a complain against you...

agar ye mera paisa ya purchase product nahi send karenge to me written vmart or Limeroad ke against consumer court me vaad dakhil karunga... its my promise

Limeroad will first lure innocent buyers with fancy ads then dump them even for a minor size complaint citing 'No Returns policy' ! My concern was not about Returns. It was about Replacement Only. They never mentioned anywhere that 'Replacements Not Allowed' but will still not accept even size replacements of the same sent item ! Yet to see bigger fraudsters than these people. Their customer service is pathetic and they are trained to reject even most legitimate requests like change of size etc. Beware of these cheaters as you are bound to lose your money as well peace of mind.

Total scam site. They send damaged product, doesn't pickup or refund.

Return requested on 31/8/25. The saying I placed request after 7 days, so they will not refund. Don't buy. Products are subordinate standard no proper stiched, button missing.

I was supposed to receive four items in a delivery, I got only one. I did not get any resolution or my money back even after 3 weeks of followup with customer care, grievance escalation. The customer care exec even told me she cannot give me any ETA for resolution. This is pathetic customer service. Please do not shop with them - extremely unreliable.

It's not valid for one star also.. I ordered one shirt through shop at 3rd aug. Ordered received at 9th aug. But I received the plain t-shirt. I put return this product in 9th of aug but till now no one to pick my order. If I call the customer care executive they raised the request again and again. But problem not resolved. Very very worst platform to purchase the products.. very bad customer service to complete the queries...
