Okay, I tried again :)

I placed my order on the 12th of August. After receiving no communication, I sent a message through her website on the 1st of October, followed by a message on her TikTok on the 7th of October. I tried reaching out again on the 12th of October, but still haven't received a response.

Edit: Okay! I got a response, there were some mishaps, misscommunication, as well as an Email that got lost but we are sorting things out!

My view is, its a cute business and she is a nice person. However making a purchase is your choice and its up to you to reach out if something goes wrong.

Will I purchase from this business again?
I would like to, but im starting university so probably wont get the opportunity.

Would i recommend this business?
If you are looking for cheap single purchase pets and mystery scoops for a good price absolutely. Just make sure you are willing to wait.

This girl is a joke. She has terrible communication skills and has awful customer service. I placed an order almost a month ago where she said it would take a bit longer to process since I’m in the US…okay sure. I waited two weeks and still got no tracking info. I reached out a bit earlier this week and demanded an update or I would be submitting a claim to my bank and reporting her to local authorities. Only then did she respond and tell me that she DID in fact ship it out (weird…I didn’t get any tracking info) and that it was being sent back to her house…again, I’m not buying it. Please spend your money elsewhere, it is not worth it here

I'm pretty sure she's a scammer at this point. Maybe she sends out some orders and rips off from others though.

I placed an order the 25th of april which claims to have been shipped out the 30th. Since then it's been radio silence for 7 weeks.

I've contacted the seller through dms, emails and I even left comments whenever she shared new posts. Which she leaves up and no one reacts to, so I think she's just restricted my account. She's a foul person.

Beware!!! her website policy says that refunds can only be given through contacting her, which is of course quite pointless when no one answers. I'll have to go about whatever other means I can to get my money back now.
