Fantastic bear and hearts good quality workmanship so glad I found you for the memory bear

I pondered for some time about getting a cushion made with my Mother’s cardigan. I finally, nervously, decided to send it to Lily Grace Keepsakes.
I needn’t have worried, the whole experience was faultless. There was constant communication, the Team were very kind, caring and considerate, nothing was to much trouble or to much to ask.
I finished up with a beautiful cushion and four heart shape keepsakes from the cardigan, they are beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Lily Grace Keepsakes for the time, care and consideration they put into everything.

Ordered a cushion for my mum as a Christmas present from my grandads dressing gown and omg in love!! Everything about its perfect!! Top quality professional and just makes it so sentimental. 100% reccommend and I would definitely buy again. So professional too start to finish- your informed when they receive your clothes/when it’s getting made and pictures when it’s done!

Communication from Helen and Charlotte was excellent throughout. There was such a broad range of memory cushions to choose from and all looked beautiful. We chose the tie front cushion and it arrived looking better than I ever expected and we’re already looking at sending of a shirt for a cushion too. I highly recommend Lily Grace Keepsakes.

The cushion from Mum's jumper is beautiful, and the detail, using the buttons and the hanger ribbons to decorate (even using one where there was a slight stain on the jumper - a happily worn one) was classic. My niece will love cuddling her nana's jumper. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful business to deal with from start to finish. . The patch memory bear teddy is far far beyond what I expected. Such a well crafted and designed bear. From ordering to receiving the two bears I ordered the process was fully explained and easy.
Questions were answered immediately and expectations managed.
I had ordered too late for Christmas but was aware of that.
It was a lovely surprise to be told they were ready and on way and arrived as promised in time for Christmas.
