What a great little company lily grace keepsakes are. I wasn’t rushed to send off my items and was told straight away how long it will take with clear instructions of how to send off my clothing items.
Because I sent them off rather late they sent me an email to say they haven’t received anything yet so I informed them I only just sent them off. Knowing that information they informed me once my items arrived to them and throughout the process they kept me up to date.
They sent me photos of my finished item which was so beautiful more than I could have even imagined.
I received my item within a couple of days from it being finished and the finishing product is stunning. I was made a pillow of my Nans clothing and the detail and even the cushion inside which is nice and plump I couldn’t fault at all the quality is outstanding.

I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone else I know looking for a loved ones keep sake this company.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the quality of the 3 cushions made from my dad’s rugby shirts. Excellent communication from the ladies from beginning to end of making the cushions. At such a difficult time for us , these were the perfect gift for my mum and my boys to keep my dad and their grandad always close. I even ordered a 4th one for myself. Highly recommend
