Great once they responded
I raised a ticket due to my internet not working. It then took several more messages and days, and another ticket being raised to make a complaint for Lila to get back to me. The engineer they sent was fantastic however (Shaun S) and he solved the problem really quickly. He was clear explaining what the problem was and what he did to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

Lila Connect fibre great experience
Had my Lila Connect fibre set up today by Adam and he was great. Got everything sorted for me in good time and made sure I knew what work they were doing and explained everything. He was also just really respectful of the new house, taking his shoes off before coming in etc without me even asking him to. Would definitely recommend.

Fast internet when it works but when…
Fast internet when it works but when there are issues, that’s when everything falls down.
Hours they are open is very restrictive so if you have an issue outside of normal working hours, that’s it, you’re without internet and no one to assist you.

Great value for the money but the connection has been hit and miss last month, received a text once due to outage but same happened at least three times (not for long so I didn't logged it - WFH though so had to tether to get work done).

The guys came and made everything as easy as possibly and adam and cavan realised i didnt have the right extention so they even waited for me to get my mate to bring the right extension gor me rather than trying to rebook which i thouhh was good for being patient and helpful

Connection was going okay until mid last year, and ever since then, the connection has just slowed down, especially when gaming, with insane amounts of packet loss.
Maybe looking to change providers in near future.

Martin and Luke fixed my Internet
Martin and Luke had to come to fix a blockage that was stopping my Internet from being set up. They knocked on my door told me what they had to do and then continued to work without disturbing me.. After 15 minutes everything fixed and sorted and explained everything to me and cleaned up an left. Fast and efficient work

The service I received from all 3…
The service I received from all 3 members of staff to get my Lilaconnect wifi installed at my new house was excellent. Shaun S had to come out the 2nd day to get air through to the new cable. The previous one had been cut through accidentally by the previous owners. The wifi is superfast and the 6 month deal in unbelievable at a £1 per month! Thankyou
