The service I received from all 3…
The service I received from all 3 members of staff to get my Lilaconnect wifi installed at my new house was excellent. Shaun S had to come out the 2nd day to get air through to the new cable. The previous one had been cut through accidentally by the previous owners. The wifi is superfast and the 6 month deal in unbelievable at a £1 per month! Thankyou

It’s good when it works but due to its newness and increasing size, maintenance is constantly required. This often results in frequent internet disconnections. The connection randomly drops multiple times a day and working from home or if TV relying heavily on the internet it makes it quite frustrating. Will not recommend if you need reliable internet.

Lila engineers
The engineers, Nikki and Luke, arrived promptly. They spent time making sure that wires etc went in the best possible location so that they disappeared behind furniture. There was no mess externally - a neat and tidy job all round. They explained how to connect my devices and, what to do should issues arise. They were affable and had a delightful sense of fun - a pleasure to have in the house.
I cannot review the performance of the broadband as yet, as it was only connected this morning, but am positive so far

Needed a repair done
Needed a repair done that wasn't LilaConnects doing. After a bit of a disappointment on first contact with customer services, they have resolved all issues, been generous with a goodwill gesture and above all sent a brilliant engineer to fix damage.

Great experience from day 1. Installation a breeze and connection always on point. Whenever I've phoned customer services the operators very polite, very knowledgeable and sort any concerns their and then. The best choice of broadband providers out there,and over half the price of my last contract with VM.
