This company is first class to deal with. I enquired if they could supply me with the extension section for led icicle led lights which were showing out of stock online. Lisa was very helpful and said she would try to get them for me and would phone me back that evening. She kept her word which is very unusual these days most people don't bother to reply. She managed to get me a set and posted them out the next day. I received them the following day. A great company. Prompt reliable service even though it was Christmas. Thanks again Lisa.

what a great company after sales the best ever . I bought two sets of lights for Christmas to go around garden two years ago from Costco unfortunately this year halve a string was not working.phoned lights4you to ask how to fix the problem .Instead Lisa took my details and sent a new set of lights all working now thank s again LISA i would defiantly buy again from this company also told all friends and family how great thay are

I got out my two year old icicles to put up again this year to find a three metre section had gone faulty,the shop I got them from was not interested at all so I went on the suppliers website to see if I could buy a new section.emailed them and promptly had them ring me to see what the problem was and instead of me buying new ones they sent me a new set straight out which came two days later,the house looks great again and the service from lights4you was exceptional I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a problem with a set of the 180 outdoor white lights and emailed the company just to see if they had any suggestions. That evening (yes well out of office hours!) I had a reply from Lisa saying it sounded like the rectifier needed replacing and she sent one through the post to me. Unfortunately although this corrected part of the problem, it did not completely fix them but I have been so impressed by Lisa's care and fast responses to all my emails, I have decided to purchase another set as I am more than happy to support the business. I'm not sure if Lisa is the owner or an employee - if she's an employee, then I hope she is well valued by the owners!

I had a problem with 3 string light sets. I knew these were outside of the warranty period. I emailed Lights 4 You simply to ask for any help or ideas to rectify the problem.

Lisa at Lights 4 You had not encountered the issue before and immediately said she would replace them, which I did not expect at all.
This was very kind and generous and frankly more than fair.

So refreshing to deal with such a customer focused company.
The lights are back on and look wonderful ready for a big birthday celebration, all thanks to Lisa and Lights 4 You!

Had a problem with some outdoor lights bought from Costo. I still had the box and noticed there was a phone number on it which I rang instead of going back to Costo. My call was answered by Lisa who was fantastic in the way she sorted out my problem. Not what you expect in this day and age. There was no haggling, she just wanted to help and was bright and cheerful while doing it. She is also very hardworking as an email from her was timed at 9.30 PM!! Within a week I received a new set with a plastic bag complete with return address label to send the faulty set back in. Without doubt I will recommend Lights 4 You. Your lights may let you down occasionally, but Lisa won’t. She deserves a pay rise!

Looking for some icicle lights as installed ones had failed. Had bought some of their lights in Costco and was impressed with the quality. Phone call to Lisa elicited the required sets with prompt despatch. E mails answered late at night. Great delivery of said lights and whilst joining sets before installing the dog chewed two wires, honest! Lisa despatched replacement controller box, received today. What can I say apart from brilliant. Will recommend to anyone.

First class product (icicle lights are really bright and light up the whole street) along with a 5 star customer service from Lisa as usual, no problem is too much hassle and is a real asset to this company.

I ordered 5 sets of string lights (I'd seen them at a friends and they looked really good) and needed them the next day so used the Royal Mail 24 delivery service offered, at a slight additional cost. Unfortunately, because of all the Christmas rush, Lisa at lights4you accidently sent them by "myhermes" which would normally take 2 - 3 days but couldn't guarantee it. I immediately got in touch with Lisa who was most apologetic, and rectified the problem by sending out another order by the Royal Mail service so I would definitely receive them on time. Ironically, both sets of lights were delivered the next day, the "myhermes" delivery arriving first! I was really impressed by Lisa's polite, professional and efficient customer service. We all can make mistakes, but it's how there sorted out that's important. Lisa was brilliant, I would definitely use lights4you again and recommend them as a company to use! Well done, it makes a pleasant change!

I had purchased my sets of lights from my local costco, unfortunately one set stopped working shortly after being put up, much to my disappointment. Costco had sold out, so as a last resort I sent an email to which Lisa was so very quick to respond. I asked if perhaps I could send them back for someone to check the fault. After a few emails there was another set in the post to me!! I really didn't expect that! Lisa is a credit to the company such a polite and helpful lady!! Thankyou once again and I will recommend your company to everyone!!

I emailed the company to explain that half of xmas lights weren't working. Within a very short time Lisa sent me a reply and after a few emails she arranged to send me a new set! They are now in place, lighting my house.

This is the best customer service I have ever received and would like to thank Lisa for her politeness and efficiency. It was so lovely to be trusted and replacements sent with no quibbles!

Had a minor fault with some of there lights which I purchased from Costco, emailed Lisa and got the best customer service ever

I would like to thank Lisa at Lights4you for great customer service in the run up to Christmas. I needed an extra set of icicle lights to get the full length of display I wanted so I gave Lisa a call. She reminded me to check with my local Costco which I did (I had forgotten I got the first set of lights there) but they had all gone. So I ordered from the website and three days later they have arrived. I am a very happy bunny!

I have used Lights 4you string lights for 3 years now and the quality is superb. Living in the Orkney Isles they are well tested with gales and not so much as a bulb out. My most recent purchase had a section not working so I phoned Lisa who had a new section in the post which arrived 2 days later. Massive thumbs up from me for quality and service. :-)

I had a small fault with some lights purchased. The problem was rectified in an efficient and professional manner. Excellent service and good product.
