Looking at the lights in person, was far easier to reach a decision than endless searching online. Relative sizes, etc are easier to see. The choice of lights is excellent, with short lead-in times for delivery.

Ordered qland paid for a pendant light and matching wall lights. Received a call a week later to say the wall lights wouldn't be available until March 8th but the pendant light would be despatched immediately. We are still waiting.

We found a light fitting that we liked on the website but needed more information before buying. A telephone call to the shop answered all of our questions and we completed our purchase easily through the website. The fitting arrived very promptly, was carefully packed, was exactly as described and is now in place. Overall a great service and the ideal light for its position.

I needed to source quite a few new lights for an extension build I was going through. I hadn’t used this shop before but I’m so glad I found them. I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable and helpful the two gentlemen I dealt with were. They advised me on so many of my choices and also showed me alternatives to ensure I was sure on what I was purchasing.
Once the order was placed the communication ongoing was just great.
I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in or near Leicester and need lights/bulbs…. pop along and see them!

Being fragile products it is really important they are well packed - it was!

We had to go on line to order our lamp - I didn’t put my correct email address but when I made enquiries with The Light House they sorted out my enquiry with no problem- the lamp arrived & I received a very polite telephone message to pick it up - we picked it up & was very impressed with the service& the customer care was incredible- we was shown our purchase & advised about which light bulb to use - the lamp was set up with the light bulb intact so all we had to do when we got home was plug it in. We have had several items from The Light House over the years & have always been very impressed with the service & customer care we received every time.
