The order says delivered, but I never received my order. I have sent multiple emails to customer service, no response. The listed phone number does not work.

This is a garbage company
This is a garbage company. They will send you a tracking number. But, it never ships. That's never a good sign.
Horrible chinese company with bad…
Horrible chinese company with bad customer service. Shipping took forever and they sent the wrong items. I was unable to get a refund.
Avoid company at all costs!
Don't order from this company. Ordered for a gift for Christmas and the product arrived damaged and very low quality with poor workmanship and not at all how it was described or looked on the website. It also arrived without the additional passport holder that was due to be shipped out at the same time.
After a lot of pestering via email and social media, the company finally replied and agreed to send out a second frame and whilst this one was not damaged, it is still very clearly a poor quality product and not worth the money paid. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid at all costs - cheap quality product, impossible returns
I've been asked to fully remove my review but believe it's important to inform people of dealings with the company.
Nowhere on the website does it state that returns are to a warehouse in Asia, therefore they'll offer you a 20% refund. They do acknowledge that the money and effort it will take the customer to return the item is an inconvenience and expensive. They are fully aware of this and yet don't state it.
I finally agreed to accept a 40% refund, before opening the parcel (as it states that it has to be in the original packaging when you send it back or you might not receive your refund).
When I opened it, the product was damaged beyond repair. At this point, they finally refunded me.
The item *really* isn't the quality you'd expect for the price, and you can get it *much* cheaper on other websites.
Only putting 2 stars as I finally managed to get a full refund.
DON'T order anything from this company......
Received a replacement frame since the first frame was damaged upon shipping. When I removed the plastic, the frame fell apart in my hand from the bottom. A very inferior product you could probably make yourself with cheap materials from Hobby Lobby. Avoid this Company, and don't waste your money! Another example of a product looking great online and being cheap crap when it finally arrives!

Received a full refund from the company within 3 days of my email.
Do not buy this product
The first order I received was completely broken and of the poorest quality. I requested a refund for this product which was completely ignored and then told that a replacement was now processed. I received shipping details for the replacement order which were clearly fake and were just used to appease me and to avoid the refund. A month later and nothing else has happened and my emails to request a refund have been ignored completely.
Update - Almost immediately after posting this review I received a response from LifeInbox to offer me a 30% refund.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a shadow box Dec 5th, they shipped out on the 6th here in the US. It sat in a New York facility for over a month. No movement just updates it was still there. It was past the day for the gift and I got something else. Customer service said it was due to the holidays. I received everything including shipments from Australia in a week during the holiday season regular post. Every time I reached out I got one excuse after the other with "wait another week" How many weeks are they thinking someone should wait before they actually DO something to help the customer. So it finally arrived. Total Crap. Now I'm trying to return it for my refund but they make you prove you bought it, pay for returning it and then in 30 days you get a refund. What other hoops do I have to go through with this company. Total horrendous experience ever online.
UPDATE: After many back and forth with emails and offered discounts from 20-30% refunding, they offered me a full refund and keep the product if I removed the review. I do understand they want to have a clean slate with me but I do feel strongly, as nice as it was to get a refund, one has to be honest. A month and a half of negotiating to get a resolution is a bit much. I did suggest they find a better shipping option as it seems that is the number one complaint, as I look through all the reviews. As a small business owner myself, I completely understand costs, but if the common denominator is shipping then change it. The product is fine as far as I can see; change the shipping and get to clients asap and make it right.
Don’t buy from them!
Their website describes their product as ‘high quality, long lasting’. I paid £36 for something that (a) I had to wait to be shipped from China, which I was not told about, (b) when it arrived, it was damaged and the quality was such that I wouldn’t have bought in a Pound Shop, (c) the extra travel wallet didn’t arrive.
I communicated by email with the company requesting my money be returned, and after one response…..nothing! Don’t go near them!
UPDATE: The company has now given me a full refund
