I saw these advertised on Instagram and thought they looked like a cool gift, so I ordered 3 to give as holiday gifts. That was 2 weeks ago, and I have received no information since the initial email that confirmed my order. The tracking number link has been showing the same information for 2 weeks. I will never make this mistake again! Always research a company before entering that credit card number. I’ll have to replace the gifts, and I’m out the money. Steer clear!

I wouldn’t recommend. I was worried the order wouldn’t arrive in time, was assured by customer service it would be expedited, and have received no replies to multiple emails. Tracking number doesn’t click through and when manually entered looks like the order is sitting somewhere in China. Sent cancellation request and will let my credit card company to reverse payment. Pretty poor experience.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I ordered back in November for a Christmas present, I emailed two days ago to ask if they could track its progress for me - no reply! I am now worried about the quality of the box when it arrives. Really poor customer service.

Edit to add - the company got in touch soon after my review!! They blamed English weather for the late arrival. It STILL hasn’t arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After numerous emails trying to cancel my order went unanswered I resorted to a negative review here and a card chargeback. At this point Rachel from the company contacted me immediately apologising for the communication issues and offering a full refund even the items had been shipped and just weren't tracking. I have to say this turned my feelings on the transaction completely and it is only fair to offer praise and thanks for rectifying my issues.

I ordered on July 28 and didn’t receive it till Aug 23. Shipping is ridiculously long. I was on vacation when it finally arrived and it was supposed to be an housewarming gift for the person I ordered it for. I will be attempting to return and will review again after I return home and attempt to return the item. Additionally, I found same item on Amazon with 2 day delivery for half the price.

Avoid. Avoid.Avoid. Cheap product. Scratched cheap chipboard frame. Glass is actually plastic! I have been well and truly ripped off.

Purchased one frame, waited for ages, when received was extremely disappointed with quality. Very cheap, scratched all over the place. Wanted to return for a refund, but for two weeks all they been offering was to send me 20% off which I was not happy about, had to involve my bank to get money back, at the same time they finally replied and said that will issue a refund...BUT...SURPRISE SURPRISE, instead, another 37 pounds left my account..on a phone now for 45 minutes to my bank to report a SCAM!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this memory box turned out to be better than i imagined. The Craftsmanship is excellent, and it arrived beautifully packaged. It's now a cherished part of our home decor.

The first box i received had a minor defect, but Life in a Box's customer service was amazing. They sent me a new one immediately, no question asked. The new box is perfect, and i couldn't be happier with my purchase

They are quick to take the money and send a fancy tracking code which is useless ! I’m so upset that I have been foolish to buy off Instagram!

Had ordered item for Christmas on December 2nd. Per there website stated it takes 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark I kept reaching out. They said it was on transit or was with delivery company. It kept leaving and arriving from same location for 3 weeks. Then after Christmas when I had emailed well over 5 times questioning and requesting either a actual shipping date or a refund and cancel it shipped. I had already done and won my charge back. When I got item more than 6.5 weeks later it was not the full order it was very poor quality. At that point they realize I had won my charge back they emailed stated I needed to reverse my charge back. I ignored the email. From my charge back to when item finally actually shipped they would have seen the charge back but they don't actually care. Never order from this company

I ordered 2, one for daughter and one for myself. The shipment seemed a little long to get to me, about 2 weeks. When they arrived they were not in a box but wrapped in bubble wrap. Something heavy must have been placed on top of the package as both frames were cracked in the same upper corner. I took pictures and emailed them to the customer service email address. Within 2 hours I had a reply. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send out 2 more right away. I had 2 new frames in perfect condition in a week. Now that is customer service! Thank you Life in Box!

Spam company, cant get in contact with them! Never use and cheap fake items!
