Libsyn is inexpensive and reliable. Been using it for other people's podcasts for years and just started my own with it. Highly recommend.

Libsyn took the time to track down the issue for me and brought it to a quick resolution.

Not only did they answer my question, but they gave me an explanation and a link to see the success. To me, that is not only serving the customer , but also educating while being thoughtful!

Customer support was excellent. Chris was very prompt in addressing our problem and solving it (we had an old account that we had forgotten about and was no longer accessible to us, but we were still paying for it). He found the account, canceled it, and refunded the last payment.

Easy to upload/publish. On the negative side: no 2-factor Authentication for the the account.

Transitioning my show with a new title and brand, I chose to edit my entire list of 83 episodes with new art and audio uploads. This process created challenges that was smoothed out with support from Chris, and again with Rich.
Since most of my content is timeless information, and relevant to educate my clients, it was imperative that I updated past episodes to reflect the new brand. I minimized my categories and included the draw to the show in the new title. Episode numbers referenced in several former and upcoming episodes to encourage the audience to listen to more than just the newly released episode.
