Despite the fact that I am a very small customer, the support team at Libsyn has always responded in a timely fashion (never more that 24 hours) and with very thorough answers to my queries. In short, they treat me like a V.I.P.

Hands down... the best customer service by far. Their platform will compete well with any of them... but they win everything with Customer Service and value for money.

easy to have one place to upload and if you dont understand a function it is always a "?" you can click on where very detailed descriptions comes up. thanks from sweden

Representative, was not being helpful in the beginning. I explained my issue and what they needed to do on their end but he still ended up giving me resolutions (WHICH I ALREADY DID PRIOR TO SENDING THE EMAIL) that doesn't help and insist on having a problem on my part when in my first email to you guys I already explain what I did and that you guys needed to fix the RSS feed HTML code.. In our last email, he finally did what he had to do. This could've have been way easier and less back and forth if the representative read and comprehend my email.

Been using them for years and I love the ease of use! The analytics are nice and easy as well. I would recommend to anyone starting out!

My podcast wouldn't play after I published it, and I could NOT figure out why. I did all the troubleshooting that usually works in this situation, and none of it worked -- so I asked Libsyn if they could spot the problem. They did, and they told me exactly how to fix it, which was huge -- because I still couldn't spot the problem myself, even after they described it to me! Without their input, I honestly never would have been ever to fix the permalink so our podcast would play. The Libsyn team is unfailingly kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our team is so thankful to work with Libsyn!

I noticed that my podcast cover art on Spotify was an old one that I was unable to change.

One of the destinations for my podcast (only one of them) failed to update to include my most recent episode. I was very certain it was the destination's problem--but, just in case, I asked our team at Libsyn. Sure enough...everything was fine on the Libsyn end, but they checked it right away which helped determine that it was the destination that needed to get its act together (which it did, 36 hours late...sigh...). The Libsyn team has always been responsive, and very quickly, when needed.

I reached out because my episode wasn't uploading and it had been over 24 hours. Support responded right away and fixed the issue for me immediately!
