We are truly and deeply sorry for the frustration this has caused you and your sweet daughter. We completely understand how heartbreaking it is when a favorite doll stops working, and we sincerely apologize for all the trouble throughout this experience.

We care so much about your family, and we’d love to gently share the steps we've taken together to help make things right:

First Doll: Purchased in September 2025. When you reached out in July 2026 (outside the warranty period), our team offered a special courtesy discount so you could get a brand-new doll for your daughter.

Second Doll & Replacements: When the new doll had issues, our team sent out a replacement voicebox right away, followed by a complete replacement doll when the issue persisted.

Please rest assured that every single doll is strictly tested before leaving our hands, so we are truly saddened that the latest replacement encountered another issue within 5 days.

We completely take responsibility for your disappointment and want to take care of you right away. Our team has already messaged you directly to process a full refund for your July order.

I am so, so sorry about that awful smoke smell on the package, though! That is super disappointing to open up. Just to reassure you, our warehouse is strictly 100% smoke-free, so it almost certainly came from the courier during shipping.
