I loved the fast pace training, you do really pack a lot of information into the session so pay attention! The demonstrations were fun and eye opening! Personable and friendly deliverance.

it was detailed and the trainer did it step by step to show how we would do it with the pupils.

Jane was phenomenal - a real pleasure to be with and the training was brilliant. I love the system and the concept of being able to help pupils access so much more from their curriculum and learning.

I also learnt a lot myself, when I thought I was quite knowledgeable already - not so!

The practical element was very useful. Lexonic targets basic key reading skills in a way that makes it accessible to secondary students. The most effective part of the program is that it is focused on developing a skill so that the student can apply it to any language-based subject. That makes any gains in reading levels permanent.

The Lexonik programme is the most impactful educational training I have received in over 15 years of teaching. It has amazing potential to transform learners' reading. Hannah and Victoria were wonderful instructors. After the training event, we had everything we needed to implement: resources, knowledge, and a burgeoning confidence to deliver faithfully. Thank you for an incredibly enjoyable few days of training.

Jane was a fantastic in delivering training for the LEAP programme. Her experience in schools really shone through- she was warm, knowledgeable and able to answer every question we asked. It made the day a really rewarding and enjoyable one.

All the resources are clear and the training is concise and easy to follow.

I personally find sitting in front of someone and retaining the information from a board but this training really made it easy to understand and follow. I also learnt some new things for myself, James was very easy to understand and follow. I would highly recommend the course.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Lexonik Advance and Leap training. Victoria was friendly and knowledgeable of the product to answer my questions. She was supportive when practising delivery with resources which was helpful. Also, she explained and demonstrated how to use the cloud to download resources and administer student testing and data. I feel well equipped and am looking forward to getting started in September when we return to school.

Communication before the training was clear, concise and easy to follow the instructions given.
The training day was well organised and gave plenty of time to absorb the guidance.
Our trainer (Victoria) was approachable, patient and gave clear instructions. Also had a sense of humour, which made the day enjoyable.

Claire the tutor delivered a really professional lessons in a calm relaxed manner- there is a lot of self learning after the lessons but there is support if needed

A brilliant day learning Lexonik, so very well thought out for delivery and I thoroughly enjoyed the day!

I completed the Lexonic Leap training. The training session itself was really, really good. Well put together, well planned and everything was explained very clearly. There was a good mix of listening and taking part. Alongside the training day the manual is very thoughtfully put together in a way that, again, explains everything very clearly and the accompanying resources are a god send. Overall I enjoyed the day and am looking forward to getting started.
