They perfectly handled my issue. They replaced the item that I did not receive. The only thing I didn’t get was a new tracking number for my item, but it did arrive in the mail.

I didn’t receive my order
I didn’t receive my order, so I contacted customer service. They helped me resolve the issue and refunded my money. Although I didn’t receive my order, I believe it wasn’t the company’s fault.

Hello, you were fully refunded even after we provided you with tracking to the address provided, delivery to address provided, confirmed with fedex to the address provided, and signed for by the receiving department at the address you provided. We have also been in contact with you through many emails back and forth and we fully refunded you even after proving, signed delivery confirmation, we simply found it just easier to simply send you a full refund and write this situation off. Not dependable...don't take a chance if you have a trip coming up.
I placed my order with plenty of time to get my luggage before my trip. Lexington took a week to even order my set from the manufacturer, and it didn't arrive in time for my trip. I kept emailing Lexington to make sure it would be delivered in time, and they kept telling me it would be delivered with a few days to spare. Once I finally got my tracking number I discovered my shipment was scheduled to arrive the day I was leaving on my trip. I had to order another luggage set at the last minute and it cost a lot more than my original order.
7/16/24 Update
In Lexington's comments, they don't mention several emails that were exchanged with customer service before my order shipped, and they reassured me that my luggage would definitely arrive before my trip. When days went by and I still didn't have a tracking number I was worried. When I received my tracking number with the late delivery date I was told it was too late to cancel my order. So the order was shipped across country and intercepted by the carrier near me, and sent back. I was saved the hassle of having to ship the order back myself. However, I still had to contact Lexington to ask about my return credit. They didn't refund my credit card for my purchase until I sent another email 8 days after the order was received in their warehouse. I then received my refund the next day. With this kind of "customer service" I would not order again, and expect better treatment. I ended up ordering the same luggage from Macy's, received all of it in time for my trip and only paid a few dollars more. Definitely worth the extra money for no issues and fast delivery.

Hello Marydale, you placed your order on 6/15 at 1:17am, which was a saturday. There is no outbound shipping on the weekends so your order began processing the very next business day which was monday 6/17 and shipped within our 1-5 day shipping window (4 days) which is stated on every single product page on our website. We are sorry your order did not arrive in time, however, we hope you found we did immediately inform you of the arrival date from across the country so you would have plenty of time to make other arrangements and intercepted your order that was in transit to you to return to sender so you would not have to ship anything back for return. We do apologize for your order not arriving in time and going to a competitor and having to pay a much higher price than with us.
Terrible customer service
My online order was delivered on my stoop without any notice and was promptly stolen. Not surprising because it was a very large box with a high quality brand name all over it; nobody knocked on the door or required a signature. Rather than rectify the situation when I emailed them for a replacement/refund, the company sent me multiple defensive emails using all-caps and blaming me for the theft, even suggesting I was trying to defraud them despite a picture of the broken-into box. Terrible customer service, I would not interact with them again.

As stated multiple times, we provided your with fedex tracking all along the way since placing your order, and then provided you with not just proof of delivery, but photo evidence of proof of delivery and you clearly state yourself the order was delivered to your residence, However, we are unable to be responsible/liable for securing your residence/property once delivered. You contacted us and told us your package was stolen and "it happens from time to time" which we immediately encouraged you to contact your local law enforcement as once delivered, it then would become a matter of property theft. You did not request a signature required or fedex to hold your item at a local pickup location which can easily be done by clicking a button when tracking your package. You stated multiple times the package was delivered and stolen from your stoop. Again, we are sorry for the situation, however, property theft is a matter to take up with your local law enforcement. We are sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for people stealing from your property. Once again, we strongly suggest you contact your local police department as they may be able to put a stop to your packages being stolen.
