Wasted our time and refused to install the blinds to the standard we were promised by their surveyor. I went with this company because they said they would sort the electrics and they are now refusing to.

The fitters are rude, unreliable and have very low standards - twice we have stayed home from work only for them to not show up. The first time they left and I was invoiced the blinds didn’t even work, and an unqualified fitter had rewired a socket without turning the electrics off at the mains. Do not trust this company.

Brilliant service and customer support from this team honestly. The best high quality material and excellent fitting for the wooden shutters.

I recently had solid custom designed shutters installed by Lex Binds, and from measuring to fitting, they did an impeccable job. Their entire team, whether in the office or on-site, was truly top-notch.

Professional throughout. Excellent pre-sales advice. Venetian blinds and motorized skylight blinds fitted. When there was a problem with one of the skylight blinds it was removed and replaced as soon as delivered.

Lex Blinds were professional from start to finish. The office staff, the member of staff who came to measure and the fitters were polite, thorough, and the installation was very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. We love the quality and look of our blinds.

Contacted lex blinds for a quote. They came out, it was competitive. Placed an order they said it would be around 6 weeks for installation, and it was. They said it would take around 2 hours and it did. The communication throughout was spot on. Those involved at each stage were professional and courteous. Absolutely blinding 😁

My wife and I were looking for a blind for a large garden door because last year the sun was extremely hot. Initially I called out Lex representative for curtains, but we were explained about external blinds too for the garden door and decided to go ahead with the external blind option. The pricing was higher than standard blinds and I needed extra effort to figure out electrics, but had them fitted for 2 weeks now and the recent heat was much more bearable and I could see into the garden even with the blind closed.

Fitter Marek and another gentleman (can't remember the name) were very good, respectful and quick with the installation. It is the second time we are getting blinds from this company and had no issues. 1 more bedroom left to go! great service!!

Jelena has been absolutely fantastic with advices in helping to choose the necessary products, and also organising fittings and installations. I am very happy with the blinds, curtains and shatters installed by Lex Blinds. Would definitely recommend using the company to anyone who is looking for these type of products and great service.

Lex Blinds yet again provided an outstanding service from start to finish. We use Lex Blinds for all of our projects and can not fault them. All of our projects are New Builds and the fitters always arrive on site on time and always provide a clean and tidy service without any complications.

We picked Lex from three local quotes because they were the cheapest. With hindsight that was a mistake. They started the process in November 2022 and finished on 23 June 2023. During the first blind fitting, there were (1) mistakes with the finishes, (2) poor installation on many of the windows (3) damage to our walls and (4) one of the three fitters had an appalling attitude, who we asked to leave our home (rude and argumentative). On the second visit they cut most of the blinds too short to correct the previous errors and tried to sell it to us that the top roller should be showing bare metal (over the fabric). It took various visits to gain agreement to have the blinds remade. On one occasion the 'CEO' (laughable) Rocky was supposed to visit (they called a 'quality inspection meeting') and 'Rocky' didn't bother turning up, he sent a fitter instead without notice after we took a day off to be at home for the big 'CEO' experience (I wasn't aware Lex were a FTSE 100 company!). On the third visit we had further examples of poor fitting and they damaged our brand new front door, crashing a tool bag into it (which admittedly they funded via a reduction to the bill, in addition to the earlier damage to the walls, all in totalling £475). There were many other visits in between the above, pretty much all wasting our time. The only time Lex have been efficient, is their 'Head of Credit Control' chasing us for money with threats of referring the final 50% outstanding to a debt collection agency 2.5 working days after closing an 8 month fitting experience. It turns out Mrs Barr (the Head of Credit Control) is actually the Office Manager, oh and the the HR Manager (so LinkedIn says). These FTSE 100 companies certainly stretch their employees role profiles! In summary, Lex are a poorly run business and their fitters are unqualified. If you value your home, then my advice would be to pay a few quid more from a competitor. This note sounds bitter, because it really has been an appalling experience from the start to the finish. Admittedly, the blinds and curtains are of a good standard, but the fitting and service is far from it. If you choose to accept a quote from Lex, my advice would be not to pay a penny until you are happy with the final fitting and expect a journey.

Having used Lex blinds in our previous house, I had no hesitation in using them again. Sandra and Oris have been outstanding ….extremely helpful, efficient and patient!! My new blinds are perfect, beautifully made and fitted. Thankyou.

It is easy to get good customer service when everything goes smoothly. The sign of great customer service is what happens when there are little things that go wrong. Lex Blinds have been amazing from start to finish, including ensuring that any snags identified after fitting were rectified. If only all companies operated like this!
