I have an amazing experience when travelling with Levify to Singapore. The team was always friendly and happy to help with any questions I had. The itinerary was very well planned and we got to visit all the sights of Singapore in the short time we spent there. Overall 5/5 experience

I booked at trip to Goa through levifly. We had an incredible experience. They planned an amazing itinerary and the hotel was very nice. Thishan is amazing he was actually so helpful he made everything smoothly planned out and the response from him and his whole team was outstanding. Every question and enquires answered instantly truly recommend this company will be returning again.

Needs to be more virtual friendly
The line went by fast. Staff were nice. A QR code wasn’t sent to email after tickets were purchased online. I’m not sure if one gets sent; but, having to go to guest services and get the ticket printed out was inconvenient. Waste of paper too.

Normally, an e-ticket or QR code should be sent via email after purchase, so we understand how frustrating it must have been to visit guest services and require a printed ticket.
Your suggestion about making the process more virtual-friendly is absolutely valid, and we’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to the relevant team to help improve the overall experience and reduce unnecessary paper use.

Iceland trip
My friend and I went to Iceland for a four day trip hoping to catch the northern lights. The team at LeviFly booked our entire itinerary for us. Including transport to and back from sky lagoon, to see northern lights and south coast tour of Iceland. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. During the trip, there was one day when the bus forgot to pick us up, I was able to get in touch with the team at LeviFly and they responded promptly with a number I could call and I was assigned to the next bus immediately. It was an amazing trip.
