Customer service experience
I understand that Letsview has to improve its customer service procedures. When compared to what's available on the market, it's not at the level it should be. The sole customer support option available on their website is the ticket submission section. I must send in a ticket with my order number if I want to cancel a subscription. Over the course of a month, I had sent four tickets, and I have not heard back....I have high standards for customer service, and I won't be using a company's services again in the near future if they don't meet those standards. Although it's not there yet, this company still has chance to grow.

Works well, But be wary of updating... I wish I would have never updated
I wish I would have never updated. It works now, but after the update having both devices being recognized by each other, via the way of entering passkey codes into prompts on each of the devices, is entirely unreliable, sometimes not working, sometimes requires reboot of both devices until passkeys accepted etc... This connecting a high quality very powerful phone, a Samsung S21 Ultra to an equally better than average Dell Precision Windows 10 based computer. I have 2 Dell Precisions, the other one which has Windows 7 on it and that still has the earlier installed version of LetsView still on it and I REFUSE to update it because even though its Windows 7 it immediately launches with no passkey codes required etc etc, and it runs flawlessly. I have no explanation for any of this, except one PC was LetsView updated and the other one wasn't. The phone app was also updated. I also have the phone app updated on an LG V40 and a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and both of those phones also immediately are recognized and connect to LetsView on my Windows 7 desktop version of LetsView but have major inconsistency issues when trying to connect to the aforementioned Windows 10 desktop LetsView. Update at your own risk. The app works great on devices that it connects to without issue. I have no complaint about the functionality of the app once it's operational the way you expect. The 2 deducted stars are because you expect an update to improve the functionality or provide a feature or two more but instead what I experienced was decreased functionality and the app did not get any new features or expanded capabilities that I could either notice or find at all.
[ Edit - by the way, in case it matters, LetsView has a troubleshooting area that helps address minor concerns regarding issues about connecting devices successfully with LetsView. To be clear, the issues I mentioned above, were NOT resolved (fixed/stopped) from any suggestions at LetsView Troubleshooting how to resolve most common issues etc. Ensuring antivirus software is disabled or firewalls or VPN's etc etc .... I tried all of that REPEATEDLY... None of it worked on the machine I had issues with, the "updated" one. I mention this in anticipation in case you question this user's level of PC-literacy or their competency. I'm an experienced user at a high level of familiarity with most pc-related technologies, very competent. My competency or lack of skill toward trying to resolve this issue is absolutely NOT A FACTOR. They did something or changed something in the app they call an "update" but apparently whatever that was wasn't thoroughly beta-tested before being implemented into the app overall, which ultimately gets used by a very diverse amount of possible devices and computer hardware. They need to be more diligent and also provide a user a way to revert back to the previously working version and setup configuration, exactly as it was, in case the "updated" version turns out to cause issues, as described here.

LetsView became a SCAM
LetsView stopped working a while ago, no fixes helped so decided to install their plugin; Remote Cast.
Long behold in order to try it out you have to pay, per MINUTE! Hahahahahaha what a fk scam, gtfo. Immediately switched over to another app.

Cant get it working with any device
Cant get it working with any of my computers and mobile devices (different combinations). All in the same WiFi, no Firewalls or Antivirus. Can't recommend.

I downloaded let’s view on my iPhone and couldn’t get it to work. I then found myself directed to remote cast for iOS and learned that time must be purchased. Hardly free!

Also both on same wifi network.
Screen mirroring didn't show up my ipad though ipad recognised the iMac.
Tried it all ways round - no joy.

LetsView didn't edit my device at all and is safe. It's amazing and lets you control your device your screen mirrorring on!
