Jewellery is stunning and really well priced. Couldn't fault anything I have bought

These guys came to the rescue when my wife lost a stone from her eternity ring which she wares as her wedding ring. Very obliging and quick turnaround she had it back and on her finger within a couple of days. Cannot recommend Louis enough.

I wanted to say a massive thank you so Sara, Loui and the team for creating such a beautiful bespoke ring for me. They have been incredibly patient and informative throughout the entire process. Cannot thank the production team enough of the quality and craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

FIVE STARS! Have just bought a white Gold half eternity ring in Diamond and blue Topaz for my wife and have to say she, and I, are delighted with it. The stones are beautiful, colourful and sparkle really well.
The whole experience, including asking if they would resize my wife’s engagement ring, has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience from start to finish. Not only was delivery very quick but I was kept informed on every aspect throughout by email or phone.
Both Sara and Louis were very considerate, friendly and helpful. I can honestly say it is one of the nicest companies I have ever dealt with. Gems of London are a real credit to their industry and I highly recommend them.

Fast delivery and my three lion ring is so nice!!! Thank you LBG!!!

Excellent jewellery and beautiful stones and high quality stones. Excellent customer service from Sara.

Super produits, super réussite, j aurais préfèré un rubis plus rouge et moins qui tire sur le rose. Merci encore a bientôt pour de nouvelles commandes

Excellent service; email queries answered promptly, ring arrived quickly with the option to return if necessary. Good value for money and a very wide choice. Would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic old fashioned straight down the line customer service cannot be faulted especially Sara and Louis who could not have been more helpful and professional outstanding Jj

Bought a ring. It arrived on time and I am very happy with the quality and look of it. It is better in reality than the photograph online.

Good customer service and beautiful pieces of jewellery

Nice ring. well packaged and perfect delivery.
Great customer service.
Magnificent online jewelry store. Large selection and
shipping is fast and careful.

Really nice item, well made.

One slight problem was it was sent with incorrect chain length, eventually resolved by the company when they finally checked their spam email, who then sent me out the right length chain and did not require the other one returned

I wanted my ring designed to my specification and thats exactly what I got. Could not fault it. It is lovely. Thank you. Wonderful customer service, very professional and really helpful.
