LeoVegas randomly shut down my account…
LeoVegas randomly shut down my account and locked me out for 6 weeks, despite the fact that I did nothing to consent to this. Whilst the customerservice agent was helpful, it ultimately did not help me in any way. I am now locked out for 6 weeks with no reason why or explanation how this occured - I can only assume a pop up occurred and I accidentally clicked on the affirmative action. This surely should have multiple layer of verification and protection in place. I will be moving my business elsewhere once I have confirmed that my balance/funds have been sent to my bank account.

Terrible company. Took months to withdraw my money all because my bank card changed. They asked for a proof of ownership letter for my old card with a long list of details that had to be in the letter EXACTLY as stated. The bank didn't even do these letters! They wouldn't take any other form of ID, had to be this particular letter they had made up. Disgusting. Basically, don't use Leo Vegas if you ever plan to withdraw your winnings.
