I had previously had a really great experience with this site and so placed another bigger order with them. They’re a great wee team and communicative with you. They are a small business so patience is a virtue but a great selection of items at brilliant prices, cannot complain. Will be shopping for even more!

Ordered a dress on 22nd May and have yet to receive it. I have called several times and sent a whatsapp message, no response. Raised a dispute with my card company for a refund after reading the negative feedback about this company.

Ordered my item on 1st of May, item was listed as "Pre-order now to receive item on 6th of May". It is the 11th of May now and i have received no item, no form of communication. Nothing. Avoid this scam site

I ordered a jacket but received no shipping email. Attempts to email them resulted in an 'email address doesn't exist' bounce back.
I text her on WhatsApp letting them know their email was broken abd asked for an update. She said it was shipped and I should receive it within 2 days. 5 days later I text her again asking for proof of postage and I have been ignored since!
I have requested a refund through my bank. AVOID. Definitely scammers.

Scam site avoid!!! I didn’t receive the order (last May) I didn’t receive a refund and no one will ever respond to any messages.

Seller stopped responding after very poor communication. Seller owes me money after gipping me on a proper refund, but I will not see that money again. Buy elsewhere or it could happen to you.

I read other bad reviews but after chatting online with the owner, I was assured with her excuses and was able to pay with Paypal. Firstly she had to refund me for a dress that they didn't have in my size. She refunded me the incorrect amount. I made her aware it was short and she assured me she would fix it up immediately but then stopped responding. I also bought some pants, was never given a tracking number and she took her time sending those. Terrible communication and very unprofessional. Luckily Paypal covered me the difference and I am so glad I paid with Paypal otherwise I would have never seen that money again

My experience was good placed an order but changed my mind I was able to contact the company in time before dispatch and received a refund. Pleasant customer service

J’ai commandé un gilet chauffant qui ne m’a jamais été livré alors que le paiement a été effectué .
Ce sont des voleurs qui ne répondent pas aux mails que je leur ai envoyé. Fuyez

This shop is a scam and should be avoided. Was friendly and responsive before I brought anything. I brought a coat for £136 and after it didn't arrive after 10 days (the website said 1-3 days for uk customers) I asked for an update then for a refund and there has been no response. I had report them as a scam to get my money back.

Never sent the item after about 8 weeks, claimed the money back through my bank, which the woman who runs this joke of a shop tried to steal, telling the bank she had sent the item, no tracking, no communication, nothing.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this site. Do not buy anything from them!
Although I received my items that I ordered, the items didn't fit and so I followed the instructions for a return. I've emailed several times to request a return form...and heard absolutely nothing from them! The customer service is shocking! This "company" is happy to take your money but doesn't value it's customers. Avoid shopping with them!

Bought a Hellbunny Warlock Top last year through this company and couldn't fault the service, sent quickly and the quality was up to the standard I expect from Hellbunny. Very pleased.

Not really sure where to start. Took 1.5 month and several emails and messages (most of them unanswered) to actually get the dress i ordered for my wifes birthday. Needles to say i had to find something else.

I ordered 21.04 (four weeks before said birthday).

When the parcel finally arrived in Denmark the customs would not let it pass before i documented the content and the value of the contend as it did not appear on the parcel.

That took 10 days extra.

So. All in all a ridiculous experience to buy one simple item.

Money was withdrawn with no hesitation after the order was placed. And then just silence until i started asking for response on the shops facebook posts.

Plenty of honest and professional webshops around. Go support them - and spare yourself a lot of trouble with this one.

The dress was as promised. But the whole experience brings this down to one star.

I placed an order about a month ago. I have been charged for the order, however, I have never received the order and the order status has never been updated to indicate it has been shipped.
The seller does not respond to any correspondence, has not acknowledged anything.
I don't believe this counts as a shop. I paid for goods and have never received the goods and cannot find the shop owner. Do not order from this "shop".

I was so worried given the below reviews but my order was received within 8 days. The communication from the seller was top notch and the clothing was very good quality! I had to contact the seller as I wasn’t given a tracking number and she was so lovely, reassured me and kept me updated on the delivery status. My clothes arrived two days before my holiday. Thank you!

Took awhile to get my order, but I found the communication from the seller to be really good before ordered and once I had to arrange a return for a refund.

Same an everyone else, placed the order and never received anything. I tried to contact them over and over again with no response. I claimed back through my credit card, but had an email today from my credit card company saying lemonie boutique are disputing it! It spurred me on to write this review - the cheek of it! I ordered back at the beginning of December and it’s now the beginning of March

I wouldn’t buy from here.
Although I got my refund which is great, thank you owner. I believe the owner has no idea how to run her business.
Many, many people have not received items, refunds or any response.
WhatsApp is how I got my response but it wasn’t easy getting there.
Please just don’t buy from her store.
I was told my dress would be sent first thing Monday morning with tracking, I said I’d give her the benefit of the doubt.
Then Monday night rolls around and nothing from her … then her children apparently have chickenpox so she couldn’t get into the place where she stores the items, I’m sorry if this is true but I just don’t believe it.
Then she said her mum actually can’t find the size 10 dress anyway…
So what was it, that the dress wasn’t there or your kids are sick?
I’m not sure but I just wouldn’t recommend. Even though I got refunded, she doesn’t know how to run a business and that is evident.
