Very small, overpriced, no refunds or trades

It doesn't do anything much differently than my 40$ Amazon one and it has less features. Also it runs VERY small it only covers half of mine. Also once you take it out the box there is no refunds or room to trade at all

Your data is not safe

This company does not manage customer data with care - I have never subscribed to their emails (always make sure of that when purchasing any products anywhere) yet I was receiving marketing emails from them. At some point I managed to get myself removed from their mailing list just for the emails to start again 2 years later. They clearly do not have data protection and data management policies in place and are using data without your consent. I would not order from them knowing this information.

This is the 3rd time we got device ,

This is the 3rd time we got device ,
Despite the warranty . Frree replacement after one year or 50% off after that up to 10 yrs .
The issues we have had on the same model both new and replaced are :
Charge don’t hold long enough compared to the first model we purchased .
Sleeve becomes loose and makes a
Noise . Button gets stuck and won’t
Respond .
Over the warranty recently I’ve asked several questions re an upgrade , like the power rating and frequency used , but I’ve now
Given up as we only get part an answer . Having reworded the emails still do not get the answer we are looking for . Which implies that something is being hidden , considering the amount there products cost to buy even with a 50% off . They disappointing as they don’t last that long. The customer service isn’t too bad to be fair and they do respond . But having looked at other options and the reviews we are going to spend our money on them instead.

Although every LELO product undergoes thorough testing and quality control, an occasional malfunction is still possible with any electronic device. I just wanted to write a very special thank you to Ms.Ivana (customer care manager). She did a very excellent job making sure that my order that was having shipping & emailing issues to be resolved quickly & efficiently. I really appreciated her wonderful care for valuing Lelo customers & making sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. Ivana was incredibly kind, caring, informative, helpful, professional, personable, courteous, & overall above & beyond. She made sure to take care of all me & my fiancees needs & covered all the proper bases a manager should & more. With all this being said, all we ask is for Ivana (manager) to be taken care of in the highest regards possible (raise, promotion, etc). Customer service is everything to us & its wonderful people like her that have us continue coming back to a business (in this case - Lelo). We also want our compliment & thoughts of her incredibly amazing job to be taken to higher management as she deserves the best possible acknowledgement for all her great hardwork. Great Customer Service

I had a problem with shipping my products but customer service helped me out super well and they were really nice and attentive to the problem. All the vibrators were 100/10 wow.

Fui baneado por ser rentable.

Fui baneado sin justa causa a pesar de tener resultados consistentes y cumplir con las reglas. Ser rentable no debería ser motivo de sanción. No recomiendo esta empresa por su falta de transparencia.

I ordered the Soraya for my gf. When entering in my address I put in my former zip code from my old apartment. When I called Lelo customer service spoke with Martha who helped me out with my issue and the gift came on time. The product is exactly what I wanted. High quality

Les différents programmes ? C’est un peu comme une playlist de hits, mais pour ton corps. Mention spéciale aux variations de vibration que tu peux ajuster en fonction de ton excitation pour jouer avec tes propres limites. Bref, l’edging n’a jamais été aussi précis.
Design classe, sensation au top, et franchement… on comprend pourquoi c’est un bestseller.
