Leightons returning customer.
Reminder for annual eye test arrived fom Leightons. Phoned for appointment for a couple of working days hence as always a good experience and punctual. The examining optician engaged in clear explanations regarding all tests, and gave clear answers to any questions raised.
Tests over, handed over to an assistant to explore fantastic choice of frames in store, from nhs to top designers, to help selection, and take measurements for new glasses. I decided to recycle frame purchased last year with new prescription lenses, so able to decine this service and continue to information of various payment options. Chose and completed, informed my new specs can be collected at sometime to be advised within the next 10 days.

Mr Panesar and the team at Leightons were amazing.
My Panesar identified the cause of my sight issues as a Cataract to my left eye. The examination was thorough and he took the time to explain the procedure in detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service whatsoever! Everyone involved was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Excellent Service and great location
Excellent Service. From making the appointment to the Optromotist who did the tests, to the INCREDIBLE lady that spent lots of time helping me choose the right glasses and to guiding me to having a pay for computers and a pair for every day. She was OUTSTANDING.

Impecable service
Absolutely brilliant. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and able to accommodate different needs to different clients. They are very good with children & adults, ND young adults - you name it. Optometrists are brilliant, shop staff are helpful and friendly. We can't fault the service we have received over the many years we visited Leighton's Wokingham.

Not happy with new glasses
Not happy with new glasses, have sent them back for new lenses twice. Leightons state that they have replaced lenses 5 times. This is a complete lie.
Told me to go elswhere. Refused to replace lenses.
Owner said computer says 5. Computer is wrong.
Would not recomend unles you have money to waste.
Will never use a Leightons again full of empty promises. Be warned!

Leightons have seen to my eyes…for many years
Leightons have seen to my eyes regarding spectacles cataracts and laser treatments would never go elsewhere they have covered all my needs for nearly 50 years

Good service by experienced staff
I have been a customer of Leightons Wokingham for about three years having had problems with two other opticians in the area. They very quickly sorted said problems and I had clear vision for the first time in a long while.
