Great service wellingtons arrived quickly. Quality is great. Bought them to replace a pair bought 20 years ago that became too tight for me the wellies are that durable. I have big calves so the wider calf width is great too. Excellent all round.

Bought the Fair Fax and Favor wellies from them back in January, they came really quickly and was so happy. Unfortunately one of the tassels broke off a few days ago, but one email to customer services and the lovely Zoe has sent a new one to me in the matter of an hour. Will definitely order again!!

Bought a pair of wellies in January 2023 which developed a leak just inside the two year warranty period. Customer service were very good and I received a replacement pair very quickly. I have had this pair around 7 weeks and they are also leaking! I have contacted customer service and haven’t had a reply as yet. I honestly don’t think these boots are worth the money. They look nice but I feel unfortunately you are paying for the brand name. £180 is way too much to spend on a welly boot that’s not even going to last 2 years or even 2 months with the latest pair ! Not impressed at all and thinking I may need to find another more reliable brand.

I bought a pair of Le Chemeau wellingtons just under two and a half years ago.

I noticed recently one of the boots was leaking and I contacted the retailer. The warranty is 2 years and that was that as far as they were concerned. So I went to the maunfacturer, Le Chemeau. Surely they would be interested in why one of their boots failed way before the end of its expected design life, and whether they could assist a customer? But no. Not interested. Do they think it is reasonable that one of their customers simply pays another £200 for a pair of wellies? They were not interested and clearly don't care about their product, or their reputation, from the bland generic response from someone that purports to be in Customer Service.

I see from the reviews I am not alone in having issues with quality of one of their products.

It makes such a refreshing change for a company to be efficient, helpful and quick. I returned a pair of boots because I ordered 2 sizes and was very impressed how easy the return was and how quick the refund was completed. Excellent business and excellent quality boots.

This brand is so brilliant. Always amazing quality items, delivered quickly. I love everything I have bought from le chameau. Once had to exchange for a different size and the customer service and return process were easy and hassle free. I wish every company was like this one!

The boots are real quality looking at them is a real pleasure every time i put them on. They are warm when on the feet & perform extremely well in the field.
