I already have a pair of Le Chameau wellies which I love, so ordered the chelsea boots. Lightweight and comfortable, I've worn them all day today in the garden - arrived and delivered as expected.

A very hood ecperience
I had a very good experience in that it was easy to find the item that I wanted....( my favourite boot) in the right colour and size online.....and very easy to order....and it was delivered to my door in a short period of time ( a couple of days)...whilst I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. No hold ups ...or issues. I would always recommend Le Chameau and their products.

Excellent customer service and excellent quality
I spoke to an assistant re sizes and she was charming and helpful. I am a size 37 and it gives me a little room for a thicker sock.
The boots look good and are comfortable but I have not put them to the test yet, just tried them at home. The rubber is very flexible giving one freedom of movement.
I look forward to my first long walk in them.

Great purchase experience.
This is our second pair after buying a pair of boots at Christmas and I’m not fitting. Simplest of return procedure and then a refund without any chasing up. Secondly, for the right size and on standard delivery, it came within two days. Cant praise the service, website. Overall experience . A⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm disappointed with the flimsiness of…
I'm disappointed with the flimsiness of these boots!
I don't expect them to be rugged but I did expect them to withstand uneven ground and to be a thicker material.
The boots don't even maintain their rigid structure but instead flop and fold in half.
I can feel every stone and bump whilst wearing them too.
They're such an expensive wellington, I really think I've paid for a brand name rather than a quality product.
If you buy as a fashion statement, then they're nice looking boots, but if you wish to muck out / walk on rough ground / work with animals etc - don't bother, they won't suit!

Moccasin slippers
Very nice product (moccasin slippers), extremely prompt service and delivery, 5* packaging, very warm, snug and cosy fit (a little snug if anything but I expect some "give" in time). Bought in the sale so not sure I would be happy at full price (£80 odd) but very happy with the purchase otherwise.

Good company to deal with
Ordering was easy got lots of communication as to where my order was it came very quickly.
Unfortunately I didn’t keep the shoes they didn’t suit me but a lovely product.
Refund was easy & quick.
