I already have a pair of Le Chameau wellies which I love, so ordered the chelsea boots. Lightweight and comfortable, I've worn them all day today in the garden - arrived and delivered as expected.

The boots are excellently made and delivery was swift and on time I purchased the boots, bag and care package and I must say for the price I’m deeply impressed a rugged well-made boot that hopefully will last

Best Wellies Bar None!
Have personally worn this brand for decades, as they're reliably comfortable, durable & cost effective for the length of time they last. Purchased a 'Boot Bundle' on this occasion as a gift & the recipient was delighted. The customer service team were great in assisting with a query prior to purchasing & from selection thru to delivery, took a little under 24 hours on free standard delivery - very happy!

Unfortunately, I had to return my order as I ordered the wrong size & the return process was easy & what’s more…..free. Fabulous customer service who messaged me to say the new boots were being dispatched with a DPD delivery & scheduled for tomorrow. Brilliant & thanks to all at Chameau.

They fitted like buckets!
I ordered a pair of women's Verizonord boots in size 9 because I have narrow calves and I noticed that in size 8 they have nice slim calves. When they came and I tried them on I may as well have put buckets on my feet. Even when pulled in as tight as possible I could still get my hand down the side of my calf.
It seems to me that they actually sent the men's style re-labled as women's as they more closely resembled the pictures of the men's styles in the catalogue. They were shorter and had a wider calf than the women's style.
There would have got a 1 star review had it not been for the helpfulness of the customer service rep!

Superb service with delivery the very next day which I was not expecting. The boots have only had one outing but are true to size and so comfortable.
