Amazing coffee and quick service, all round a great experience. Would recommend!

Ordered coffee easily and then machines went into automatic clean mode so there was a 10 minute delay in getting the coffee. What’s more the staff didn’t pause the purchasing screens so many people left disappointed - just not a well managed situation for a service outlet at an airport

This ground coffee had a great aroma I had such high expectations for it and I wish I could tell you that it was the most awesome coffee I've ever drank but it wasn't it's good I have no problems with it it's just I was really pumped for it to be over the top don't let that stop you from buying it it could just be my taster and I think the company did a great job packaging it and getting it to me they seem like they're very very professional people I'm sorry I didn't love the coffee but I sure liked it and thanks Black sheep I'm glad I left the herd for a while

I bought these pods as I had this coffee in one of the coffee shops on a recent visit to London, but I don’t think it’s as good in the pods as I need at least 2 to have a decent strength, I thought as it was a 13 it would be strong. It’s ok but won’t be giving up nespresso pods for these.

Both myself and my wife have been coming to the newly opened Black Sheep at Broughton since it opened a few months back and I only have good things to say about the place. The coffee and food have always been fantastic and the staff have always been friendly and helpful every time I have been there. Always well worth the visit.

It was perfect the espresso was perfectly balanced and had a nice mild roasted flavour with the blue volcano great service

Extremely rude and unhelpful service at Unit 1 Piccadilly Station branch.
I had a terrible experience at the Black Sheep Coffee near Piccadilly Station last night. When I visited following a long train journey to get a basic cup of coffee tried to pay by card, the system declined the transaction but the payment still went through on my account.
Instead of helping to resolve the issue, the staff member was completely unhelpful and dismissive saying it’s declined our end so you’re not getting a coffee , happens all the time , not my problem. She showed no concern at all,that the payment as not declined my end and refused to listen and spoke to me in a very patronising way making it very clear she didn’t care about the situation it appeared that she couldn’t be bothered as they were closing soon . Her attitude was so rude and unprofessional, leaving me standing there without the coffee I paid for and no assistance whatsoever.I have never come across anyone so rude , totally shocking. .
It was a really disappointing encounter that left a bad impression of the brand. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to handle customers and payment issues with basic courtesy and understanding. This person does not belong in a face to face service role . My payment to Black Sheeo coffee is still showing as paid in my account what terrible service . Definitely choose an alternative brand for your coffee. I will never go into this coffee shop again or would I recommend to anyone. Poor show

I visited my daughter in Cardiff university so we decided to go for a coffee. I had never tried Black Sheep before and was looking forward to trying. I purchased a flat white and it was very nice so I decided to buy some beans for my home espresso machine. I have sampled many different beans from across different uk suppliers. When I returned home I checked the date on the bag and it was roasted some 4 months ago. It extracted with next to no crema. The extraction was like dirty dishwater. 4 months sitting on a shelf isn’t good for coffee beans at all. I submitted a request two weeks ago and not heard anything back even after sending a reminder. Absolutely shocking beans and shocking service. Case number 118923

Called into the York shop. Ordered just 2 coffees and waited 30 mins for them. Staff didn’t have any system and No apology for the wait. Very disappointed

Went to Edinburgh with my 12 year old son...Had a good but long day at castle etc...walked back to get train to Ingleston and my son was dying of thirst...seen Black Sheep coffee shop and thought Yeaaaa. When we where ordering I hand cash but the girl said "matter of factly". We don't take cash ! I only had cash with me.. So we ended up without a drink for my son and a coffee for me...... Shops like you as so impersonal..... Part of me hopes you go out of business....

Purchased meal deal with antipasti ciabattia roll which contained no meat whatsoever. Although the roll was tasty it was not what I expected. My understanding is that the antipasti means a variety of foods such as cured meats, cheeses, olives, and vegetables. Not just vegetables! Very disappointing although the coffee was lovely and the service fast and friendly.

Coffee very good, service like a mcdonalds... Order and pay at a screen, get a code, queue at till and wait fir your number... Ordered a doughnut... Or should i say a ONE bite nut... Tiny

As a regular, I am shocked by the behaviour of the staff on this day too, i love the food but the staff especially make it unbearable.
