Will take your money but you'll be lucky to get the product
[Edit: After fully four months of waiting with few updates, they finally shipped the product on the day I requested a refund. And it is very good and fun! But...
I've been told a story about quality control issues delaying my order, and the company's plans to improve, but I don't know if I believe it. It looks an awful lot like my request for these things was fed into an AI to make up some satisfying answers.
Without more reviews it's impossible for me to know for sure if it's all unfortunate and true, or if the company's current default position is to try and take your money for nothing, say because they have limited stock left from a dying business. So all I'll say for definite is, if you want a Mochi set be prepared to wait a long time and hassle them for it, and definitely buy it on a card where you can do a chargeback if the correct thing doesn't arrive.
And post your experience here because I really do like the product and I'd love for it to be an actual success!]

Unfortunately I believe this company has now stopped shipping products, but be aware that the shop will still take your money and you may still get Support emails suggesting that shipping is just delayed.
That's certainly what happened to me in the UK.
I'd suggest avoiding them unless something clearly changes, which is a shame because it sounds like a great product.
