Leaders - Lowestoft Anmeldelser

Myself and my husband decided to move from Kent to Norfolk, with some apprehension as at our age it was a big move to make. However we are so pleased that our landlord decided to choose Leaders at Lowestoft to deal with our rental. They have made the move so easy, they have led us every step of the way and we’ve just had to follow their lead, making sure we forget nothing. The girls are friendly but professional and Pauline who showed us the bungalow in the first instance, was lovely. I must give a special mention to Clare who goes above and beyond. She will help in anyway possible finding the answers to all your questions no matter how silly they seem. I would recommend Leaders to anyone wishing to rent or buy a property. Thank you Leaders and thank you Clare you have made a scary experience an easy one.

Excellent service from Leaders, Mansfield. Incredibly professional, very helpful and provided a very speedy service.

Clare Bennett has been brilliant. Gave us all the information we needed and guided us through the whole process. We are so excited to move in to our new home so quickly and cannot thank her enough.

Great service! As landlord we can sleep well knowing all the team at Leaders Lowestoft are on standby to deal with any issues immediately as they come up. Recent tenant placing was completed very promptly.

Leaders Lowestoft is an excellent property management company who have looked after our properties for many many years.
It’s manager Carole is extremely friendly, helpful and always gives good advice.
Carole’s team are friendly, quick to let us know of any issues and promptly gets them resolved.

I cannot recommend Leaders Lowestoft enough. They have looked after my property portfolio for many years. Everyone at the Lowestoft office is very helpful. Nicki Meaker is excellent. She gets any issues with the properties sorted quickly and always with a sense of humour, something that is missing with most people these days. They have always provided good reliable tenants and keep me well informed of what is happening.

Leaders have been handling our property portfolio for twenty-six years and we are more than confident in their ability to provide us with genuine tenants . The communication and maintenance problems tenants may have are dealt with by Leaders by either informing us or organising an emergency repair with their contractors. The manager , Carole Reader . is always at the end of a phone to resolve any problems or questions. No complaints from us .

We moved our portfolio over to Leaders in October 2020 and all we can say is how professional Carole and the team have been. Service is exemplary, emails/calls answered promptly and attention to detail regarding paperwork/documentation is second to none. Our only regret is why we didn't move our portfolio over to them earlier. 10 out of 10

It's a great relief to have moved our properties to Leaders at Lowestoft. We'd considered moving them for a long time but were worried about the move.
It was handled so well by all the staff at Leaders, really fabulous service.
Leaders' change of tenant service is especially good and means the standard of our properties is maintained rather than the usual expensive property deterioration between tenants.
