Extremely poor communication do not answer emails , not interested !

We have worked with Leaders in Lowestoft for many years and have found them to be very professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Nicki and Ellie are both fantastic- friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Communication is excellent, and they genuinely care about providing great service to both landlord and tenants. Highly recommended and we look forward to continuing working with them for many more years.

Emma & Alan, Damp Control

They always seem to help when I have an issue and it gets sorted as soon as

Leaders are the best agency I've been with very helpful very good quick as responding to emails etc

Awful company in Lowestoft ! Moved into a private rented property with no break clause. Reported the problems to manager and was mocked. Very condescending. Water was coming through the windows when it rained…We got the contract unwound after four months of misery. We lost a lot of our belongings to mould. Will not be using Leaders again.

Just want to say how amazing Tiff is as a property manager, always goes above and beyond to help you when needed. Gemma and Josh are great in the lettings teams have always been helpful prior to moving in.
Then if Tiff is ever away then Niki is always happy to helps, such a great team and great office! Thank you all 😊

Friendly, helpful and efficient service from start to finish. Our contact, Josh Bradley, helped us in a very difficult situation and was an absolute star! Highly recommended.

The whole experience was easy and stress free thanks to Gemma hook, she was always there on the phone for us when we needed help and the process was very quick and simple. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend

Gemma Hook provided exceptional support during our home rental process. Her deep expertise, attentive communication, and friendly approach made our experience stress-free. Thanks to Gemma, we found our perfect home.

Very reliable service , Got offered nice choices, the turnaround time was brilliant. Special mention to G Hook, for making us feel like we were the only ones. Attending to calls emails and messages all in time until we moved into our new home. Well done Leaders. Thank you.

I'm incredibly greatful for the support from Leaders for meeting my partners and my own needs, this is our first home and we're very happy and comfortable where we are. The communication has been amazing, I've always been able to get through to someone and always had a reply. Becuase this is my first property, I do ask questions and sometimes they sound like silly questions but it does always get taking seriously and I really appreciate that. I just really hope the same support is continued throughout. Thank you.

What can I say about this amazing estate agent. Gemma especially went over and above. I don’t think you realise just how much this house means to me. I’m so in love and it is going to make such a beautiful family home.
The welcome box was also such a lovely touch.

Leaders Lowestoft have just helped me finally secure my first property in Lowestoft since moving here from derby. Gemma was exceptional! She was kind, caring, attentive to mine and my daughters needs and didn’t stop until she found us a perfect property. I am absolutely over the moon with the level of care I received whilst leaders assisted me on my renting journey. Gemma was outstanding with any issues I had or questions. She always answered me instantly whether that was an email or telephone call. All of my worries were reassured. Five stars for Gemma
Hook!

Can’t praise this company enough, were great from start to moving in. Always quick to respond with any question I had and the aftercare was great to helping with anything I needed to know about the property.
