good brand .... good price❤️ .... LC Waikiki was poorly rated due to anomalous LGBT attack

What clothing brand have so little options for online shopping? They have stores in so many countries and online shopping just in a few of them?! Especially now during the pandemic. And there is no option on their Facebook page for review or even google reviews. Terrible customer service. And for an average or even below average quality not worth it even.......

Ich habe verschiedene Kinder Bekleidung bestellt und anschließend mit VISA bezahlt (als Empfänger stand LC Waikiki RO SRL). Bisher habe ich keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten obwohl das Geld direkt abgebucht wurde. Auch kein Paket erhalten! Nachdem ersten Anschreiben, meldet sich der Shop nicht mehr. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice!

I have spend 67 euros for shopping on their online store. When the package arrived there were four products missing.
The weight on the package sent by LCW and received by me was one kilo(1kg), that is the weight without the missing products. They were aware that half od the items are missing still charged me for all products, and sent half od what I have paid.
P.S. Contacting LCW customer care was mission impossible as they were un-reachable.

Your homophobic policy and ban on LGBTQ symbols is retrograde and dehumanizing. By abstaining and prohibiting LGBTQ symbols in your collections you act against humanist values, freedom and love and deserve not my clientele.

I didn't shop at all. But just read news that they will not use rainbow and unicorn icons in their outfits as some of their customers might perceive it as LGBT symbol

I will never ever shop from this company which supports hatred against gender!

Bad customer service poor quality goods also just found out the removal of rainbows from your clothes because its linked to the lgbtqai community shame on yous

My all-time favorite shopping stores. Whenever I need to refresh my Wardrobe, LC Waikiki comes to mind. They not only have strategic locations and very accessible like the malls, but their clothes are also unique and fairly priced. I must also mention that they have a wide variety of accessories making shopping so much exciting and memorable. Highly recommend!

Am one of lcwikiki fans an loyal customers. Unfortunately, i'v just passed a bad experience.

Please.. I need someone to help me from the customer care department.. I've just baught 3 tshirts from dandy mall branch in Egypt in spite of meeting the rudest and most illbred seller who provided me the worst time ever... He was treating me vividly rude and staring to me as if we are in a quarrel with no good reason unless i need to choose my stuff freely and he insisted to taught me wrong lesson about sizes, and then told me go inside at the cachier to put your complain that won't affect me. When i asked the staff to connect me with the manager i didnt have any assistance. Pleaaaaaaaase help. I am sooo angry. The guy suffers lack of training and is not well selected.. I afraid to visit lcwikiki again to avoid meeting such a quality of people. It really affects my brand loyalty.

Thé worst online shopping store; i paid for items not delivered on the 14th of April 2020; Pay attention and check any received items before paying and never ever pay to LC Waikiki by credit card before you receive and check the items by yourself because you won’t get neither the missed item nor your money !

This documentary: 'UDITA' (Arise) [Documentary about female garment workers, Bangladesh] on YouTube from Rainbow Collective - Documentary Production is one of the worst thing I have ever seen: these poor workers from Bangladesh (as from many other poor countries) are struggling to live and get a minimum wage. Some of them also lost their lives working in factories with terrible working conditions! LC Waikiki (min 54:55) is one of the brands (also Primark, Walmart) named on the tags of the clothing showed in this doc. Just terrifying... These brands are just interested in making profits with NO RESPECT FOR LIFE. Hopefully, I have never bought anything from this clothing brands. If brands have no respect for human rights, then consumers should react by NOT buying anything from them & protesting. How could you, dear consumer, think of buying things for $5? Who pays all the workers of the whole supply chain? Awful quality and low price means EXPLOITATION OF HUMAN LIVES. Snap out of it!

Good place to shop interesting clothes at cheap price. It will be good if the sizes are equal in all of their stuff cuz the actual situation is not good.

Really good product for the price you pay for

The employees were too much rude and arrogant. They think they are doing a favor to sell their products to us. I changes just 3 products in the changing room and when they did not have my right size, the staff started gossiping behind me that he tries our products and did not buy anything. It is my right to buy what I want !!!!! your duty is to open and close all the cloths for customers, you are paying for this !!! If you are going just to talk with your employees in the store, why are you working ? why do you think you should be paid ? Also, they just had small size !!!!! very bad. If the brand name was Versace, I would not be so sad and angry !!!
