don't buy form this company L cuppini i ordered a coat on Nov 1st 2024 got the coat in early December followed by a only exchange policy on sale items honestly the quality was not what i was expecting very poor . i requested a return they told me i can only do an exchange i waited 2 weeks for a return label . The item was returned i sent an email about the item i wanted to exchange for since it was my only option i got no response from them. i decided to have my CC put in a claim i then got an email from l cuppini saying if i wanted a refund all i had to do was request it. they told me to remove the charge back to get the refund. i did do this and responded to the email it was 6 days later no response and no return i had to call my Cc back to do a charge back . i will never do business with this company they are full of lies and will not last long in business awful awful i am going to put them on blast ..

I cannot say enough good things about this coat company! The team was incredibly attentive—I was stuck between two sizes for the Aspen Parka, and they guided me through the decision over email. Their advice was spot on, and the fit is perfect!
I purchased the coat during Black Friday, and although I saw there was a 10-15 business day wait (mentioned online and in the confirmation email), I was initially hesitant. But I’m SO glad I didn’t cancel my order. The wait was absolutely worth it.
The quality of this coat is unreal—so well-made and cozy. It honestly feels like something you’d purchase at Harrods, but without the hefty price tag! I wore it in freezing cold temperatures in Aspen, and it kept me incredibly warm. Plus, I loved wearing my Aspen coat in Aspen—it felt so fitting, and I got so many compliments! It made me feel so special.

I am not an individual that ever writes reviews- but felt compelled to do so after seeing negative reviews on l.cuppini.
I purchased the Becky Leather Jacket during the Black Friday sale (my first purchase with l.cuppini) and the wrong sized was shipped. When I let the folks at l.cuppini know about this error - I had hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life! First off, they immediately shipped me out a new jacket- and didn’t even question when I would take the time to ship the other one back. They just immediately made it right. I think at one point I had received my new jacket before I had shipped the old one. It was top tier service. In addition to this, they also allowed me to modify my order, adjusting the size after the initial error had been made. They certainly did not have to do any of this, but did and I was so appreciative of that. As someone that works in a high stress job with a lot of trauma - the ease in this interaction was so pleasant and seamless during a challenging time of year. So amidst the challenging orders they have had- please know mine was not. It was beyond enjoyable for me and regardless of who I spoke with, this remained consistent.
So thank you. Thank you for a coat, thank you boosting my spirits during a heavy time, and thank you for a very positive buying experience- I will ABSOLUTELY be a returning customer 🤍
By the way - I also live in Canada and this process was still seamless as ever.

I placed an order for a fur coat over a month ago (Nov 21, 2024). For weeks they have been gaslighting me about when the item will ship out. Last week I was told it would ship out within a few days. Today I was emailed that my order “may” ship in the NEW YEAR. I needed this item for a snow trip this week and placed the order well in advance. I could have shopped with any other retailer who would have actually shipped the item out immediately, instead I was tricked by influencers and a little social media marketing. This company is the biggest scam on Instagram. For the last month I’ve watched the owner post on the brand’s instagram encouraging people to buy the same coat that they clearly do not have/can’t ship. She is oblivious to how infuriating and unprofessional it is to be showcasing her luxurious trips and promoting her incapable business when UNTIL TODAY, there was zero apology, accountability or recourse for their failure.

After money been taken from account I received an email that it might take up to 10-15 working days for the team to get delivered. dishonest company
I ordered a parka during the black sale October 30th and understood and accepted they would not offer refunds. My coat arrived and there was a mark on the pocket and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. It was easy to return.
Early/mid December I wrote an email saying the length of time I had been waiting was unacceptable and I wished to have a refund. We are now December 18th they still have £1,000 of my money, are not answering my calls and despite getting legal advice and emailing them multiple times they are not responding to my emails or WhatsApp’s. I have now filed a small court claim.

Hello. Just wanted to leave a review for this London fur/cashmere business. I’ve just recently purchased a long cashmere maxi gilet, with the front being topped off with mink fur. As is usual with my figure (fuller figured upper half), I often experience sizing issues. After guidance from various emails to customer services, I chose to purchase the size large. When it arrived I excitedly tried it on over the top of my pjs, to find it was a perfect fit and length. I’m chuffed to bits. It’s so hard to buy fur accented cashmere or indeed full fur pieces in the UK, so I was delighted it fit so well and immediately looked at their other items online. I was so pleased that I made another purchase of a cashmere short coat in black with the most heavenly fox fur pockets. It’s a lovely piece and the removable fox fur pockets really set it apart from anything else on the market at the moment. So pleased am I with the aforementioned articles, I’m currently enquiring about a custom sized order for a mink fur sweater. They offer it in brown, but I would prefer black with the sizing just a bit larger to wear in a more slouchy fashion. I have to say that I’m delighted to have found this company making cashmere and fur pieces. They do an amazingly ingenious “8 different ways to wear” mink fur coat which I think I will put on my birthday shopping list in early February 2025. I think you might call me addicted!! Go purchase yourself and feel the warmth and delight of wearing something thoughtfully designed and well made.

Love L.Cuppini but the shipping is getting ridiculously slow.
I really love L.Cuppini coats I own over 5 of them and I have been loving L.Cuppini over the years - their quality and price is amazing. The style is so unique you really cannot find the same style anywhere else.
I loved their fast shipping and you can even get their coats on the same day. However, in the recent years for some reason the bigger sizes (M or L) are never available and you have to wait 10-14 after the purchase for the coat to shipped. I loved L.Cuppini because of the fast shipping but in my recent order it’s WAY PAST the timeframe that they said they were going to ship it to me and the order isn’t even despatched and nobody is responding to my email asking about my coat. I wanted to wear this coat at an event but the event has obviously passed and it’s still not here😞 I’m not sure what’s going on but please fix the stock issue! 💔

I am very disappointed
I am very, very disappointed with quality. The leather jacket, which looks nice but is extremely thin and has a small tear, is of very poor quality for almost €900.
There is also no label with care instructions or contents, which I find very unfortunate for a luxury brand.

Great experience, perfect jacket
I fell in love with my Daria leather jacket. The quality is great and it is just beautiful. I had a slight problem with delivery since it was at first delivered to the wrong adress, but the team from L.Cuppini took the effort and the jacket was deliverd in 2 days. I have never experienced such engagement from custom service. Highly recommend!!!
