I now have two jackets from L cuppini and both are amazing quality. I also get a lot of compliments when Im wearing them!! Ordered in Holland and came really fast.

Jacket arrived stained and wrinkled with the tag pinned on with a safety pin. Definitely a used jacket which they denied. I will not ever order from them again!!!

Damaged coat and no response from customer support. Extremely disappointing after sales service

I ordered a Samantha Coat. Added 4 inches to length. Wrong coat shipped. Zero customer experience with meaningful info on when correct coat ordered will be shipped. Needed to request repeatedly for return label of wrong coat shipped and delivery ETA of coat ordered for Christmas and New Years. Although my coat has “ been in warehouse” for weeks “customer service rep Shereene” has no idea when will be sent. Have been in limbo for over a month. Terrible service. Would be zero stars. I ordered the Alexandra mink coat in brown from L Cuppini, and the color is beautiful. It’s a timeless piece that I’ll be able to keep in my closet for years, and it’s perfect for New York City winters. The fur looks and feels luxurious. I’ve already received many compliments. The customer service also followed through and made things right with an exchange I needed, which I appreciated. ❤️

Bought the Becky leather jacket last year and I think it’s my most worn jacket. The quality, the heaviness of the leather, the color, the details. It’s just perfection, even after a year of wearing it a lot. The only thing I thought was a little bit strange is that the jacket doesn’t have a wash/material label inside. Other than that it’s perfect. This month I also bought the wool hat and it’s stunning, didn’t expect anything else. Will definitely buy more at L’Cuppini

I purchased the Daisy Cashmere Jacket in black last year, and it was by far my best purchase. Despite owning several fur coats, this jacket stands out for its versatility and chic design. The detachable fur trim makes it easy to transition from day to night.
The cashmere is incredibly soft and high quality, and the fur trim doesn’t shed at all, which is rare in my experience. Sadly, it was stolen this month, but I’ll be repurchasing it as soon as possible.

I ordered the Charlotte 6-in-1 coat and I absolutely love it. The quality is incredibly luxurious, the cut is beautifully feminine, and of course, it’s wonderfully warm. I’ve been wearing it every day, dressed down with cute sneakers during the day, and styled with heels for nights out. I get compliments every single time I wear it. I can’t recommend it enough! ❤️

I ordered a Daria brown jacket on Black Friday and i was very sceptical because i ordered from the EU and i was worried about shipping. The order arrived in 3 days!! The jacket is amazinggg!! Top quality the color is soft and plush and the shoulder pads give it a structured fit that i love!!! I will order again :)

don't buy form this company L cuppini i ordered a coat on Nov 19st 2025 got the coat in early December followed by a only exchange policy on sale items honestly the quality was not what i was expecting very poor and the coat looked not as in pictures. i requested a return after dealing with the customer service team for over two weeks repeating saying that the food had already been returned including reference pictures . As this wasn’t really successful I decided now to contact my CC to put in a claim . i will never do business with this company as I had the worst customer experience ever with them insta shows not the reality of this horrible brand
