I did complain and never heard back from company. I would be ashamed also and hide with this terrible service. I have plenty of pictures but don’t see where to add. Destroyed my yard and didn’t finish anything. They just drive off it was so bad

They are on time almost always
They are on time almost always. They do a good job of cutting and edging. the only complaint is they always blow the cut grass all over my car and it sticks there until we have a good rain. everything else is GREAT!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Property Damage and Zero Accountability from LawnGuru
Property Damage, Poor Customer Support, and Concerns About Provider Vetting
I booked a lawn care service through LawnGuru, and the provider damaged my property, including my water/sewage pipes and outdoor air conditioning unit.
Despite multiple attempts over the past two weeks, the provider has remained unresponsive. LawnGuru initially opened a claim but closed it within two days without resolving the damage or repair costs. Repeated follow-ups with customer support have resulted in no meaningful assistance or mediation.
This raises serious concerns about LawnGuru's provider vetting and accountability standards. How are providers screened before being allowed onto the platform? How can a provider cause property damage, ignore customer complaints, and face no apparent consequences?
Customers trust LawnGuru to connect them with reliable professionals and provide support when problems arise. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
After two weeks, the damage remains unresolved. I expect LawnGuru to investigate the incident, explain its provider screening process, and help recover the repair costs.
I would like to add that I have been in touch with Lawnguru customer service since last 2 weeks but they have denied all of my request to provide any kind of assistance for the resolution of this ongoing issue.

I never got somebody to come out to cut my grass. There was a guy that was supposed to come out, but I guess his equipment failed. I went to customer care through Lawn Guru. They set me up with somebody else and he never came out.

Extremely Poor Service
My first and only time using this service was very unsatisfactory. I requested to have my yard cut and the person that was supposed to cut it didn't show up plus the money was taken out of my bank account. Service was not complete!! I had to wait a couple days before someone else showed up. The yard was butchered. It had patches of grass not cut throughout the yard, it was not trimmed because the weed eater broke, nor was the grass debris blown from the sidewalk. The cutter said he would come back the next day to finish but never showed. I was very displeased because again money was taken out of my account for extremely poor service. After going back and forth writing emails, sending pictures, and contesting the price with my bank, I was finally given half the payment back a month later. I was so frustrated and disappointed because my dad had just passed and he always kept the yard cut. Through this experience I won't use this service ever again!!

We want to clarify what happened with your payment and refund. When a provider is en route, the app places an automatic authorization hold to confirm funds, which is released if a service is canceled. While our team offered a complimentary fix it service to correct the lawn, we respected your preference for a refund instead. Our support team attempted to process that refund directly and reached out to you to finalize it, as direct refunds are much faster than bank disputes. However, because a chargeback was initiated through your financial institution, the funds were held by the bank while the dispute process took its course.
We always strive to deliver a seamless experience and resolve issues as quickly as possible, and we are deeply sorry for the frustration this process caused you. If you ever have further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@lawnguru.co.
