Was using plowz before and they used to be good but went downhill. So i tried Lawnguru out and wow what a difference. Havent used them long but will use again this winter. So far its been great and hope it continues that way.

Poor Customer Service
We received poor communication, and then were overcharged for tall grass. Note: we admitted the grass was high and had already paid extra. No one responded to our inquiries. Poor customer service from the company!

This has not been the best experience
Many times I've had trouble with guys showing up. Missed days, show up when they're not supposed to. Some guys don't have very sharp blades had their mowers, so instead of a clean cut the grass is just matted down. It has been frustrating this year

Clean up can be better. The old grass was blown back on the cut grass. So when the old grass turn brown, it doesn't look so good on the fresh grass.
