I purchased a dress. it doesn't match the dress on website, it's neckline is wrong, it's such poor poor quality, totally defective and about three sizes too small. they are refusing to give me a refund! absolutely furious. bought in good faith, received faulty goods and no refund. what can I do?

Scam warning – avoid ordering from this company.

We ordered an expensive pair of shoes which arrived shipped from China, poorly packaged and not even in a proper shoe box. When they arrived, the shoes were deformed, badly made and nowhere near the quality advertised.

I've been trying to obtain a refund, but so far the company has only offered a 10% refund, and after I complained, increased it to 20%. Considering the shoes are faulty and not fit for purpose, these offers are completely unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I would’ve given zero stars if that was a possibility one of the most hideous companies I’ve ever come across placed an order on the 21st of August never received any confirmation chased their customer service and they said 6 to 10 days as the processing time today is Day 18 and I have got no clue where the dress is what is going on no tracking I don’t know which company is delivering it. customer services as rubbish they’re not cancelling my order not refunding me scammers don’t ever buy anything from them.

Ordered leather trainers came they weren't made of leather cheap plastic and plastic hard soles. Sandals that come are the wrong size

Absolute scam. Expensive clothing that looks good quality on the website but is completely misrepresented. £35 "Linen shirt" arrived and it's cheap shiny polyester. All labels had been removed, so it's missing all the product and care information that should be provided (most likely to cover up that it's not the product that was advertised and purchased).

Impossible to return for a refund (you have to ship back to China, at your own expense, and they deduct a further 10% fee for the privilege). So also in breach of UK consumer duty.

I wish I'd read the customer reviews before buying a shirt. It was the wrong size and had no label. After extensive emails their best offer was a 20% refund - or I could ship it back to CHINA at my own expense but they would deduct a 10% handling fee. They are in breach of the law. The phone number is a joke, it doesn't work (though it's supposedly in Cardiff). DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS and if you can spread the word on SM, please do.

Never EVER use this company. I bought some Cargo shorts which bore no resemblance to those advertised, they were the wrong size, the wrong colour and had no labels. After many emails they agreed to give me a full refund but insisted that i return the shorts to China at my own cost. Approx £17. This company do not comply with the Consumer Rights Act and should be avoided at all costs.

Do not use this company I ordered some large cotton shirts and when they arrive they were cheap polyester and extra small in size.
Within 10 minutes of opening applied for a refund which was a total waste of time.
They said I would have to pay a restocking fee of 10% as per their terms and conditions. It didn’t say that at all and when questioned about this they said the website was out of date.
This company does not believe in customer rights STRONGLY ADVISE AVOID THIS CHINESE TEMU WANNABE

I ordered sandals with the description saying orthopedic sandals and which looked great in photos but when they arrived they were absolutely poor quality and cheap. I got in contact with them but from their side there were hundred excuses at first offering 10% refund or 20% refund. I asked for a full refund but then they said they will cut 10% restocking fee which was not mentioned at all in their refund policy but they kept saying it's their policy with no evidence at all. I just got in touch with my bank because I couldn't deal with their rubbish service. Please do not buy they try to scam you with partial refund or deductions and absolutely rubbish quality items!!

Appalling! The dress was dreadful quality and looked nothing like the photo. I was not allowed a full refund and only offered 20%. Do not use this site!

This company is awful quality not hood and you cant get your money back

DO NOT USE! Item of clothing was absolutely nothing like advertised, and now I am going round in circles trying to get the refund. Avoid this company at all costs. To get a full refund of a polyester dress that was advertised as cotton/linen and arrived in a screwed up mess, I have to send the dress back to China at my own expense (despite office address on website being in The Netherlands. They will then deduct a 10% "restocking" fee (no mention of this in the refund policy on the website) and then allegedly refund me after a careful inspection.....I suspect I will never receive my refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

AVOID AT ALL COST...I would rate 0 if i could they are a con, shipped with no labels or packaging and when requesting a refund offered discounts to keep item even thou i stated it was too big and not as pictured. Cheap and tacky. When eventually approving refund and sending instructions told they charge a 10% restocking fee and that i have the privilege of sending back to China at my expense. Custome service is shit and i would not recommend purchasing anything from this site, they are basically con artists

Lauren Blum are a store associated with BM Collective, claiming good customer service. Worst experience I have ever had. Late delivery of clothing item, refund requested immediately with poor responses constituting harassment and I am still fighting for it. I have already emailed them 8 times on their given customer support email with order number. Update: on my 9th email I was offered refund minus shipping fees to send dress back to manufacturer and 10% restocking fee, which isn't detailed in their return policy. The website stresses shipping is from UK. This is now in the hands of my bank. Judge for yourself before buying.

Total scam. Sent me a horrible polyester dress nothing like the one I ordered with no size or labels then refused a refund. Offered 10%. Strongly advise avoiding them. Would give no stars if had the option

Item took three weeks to arrive. When it arrived it looked completely different to the item on the website it was laughable. Asked to return with a full refund and had all kinds of problems. Had to pay for own postage to return an item that wasn’t as described, and then a 10% deduction of the refund for a “restocking fee”.

Avoid! I ordered an item which should have fitted given measurements in their size guid but, on arrival, the item was about an inch too small. I ordered the larger size and followed their Returns Policy to request a refund. I spent 7 hours going back and forth on emails where I repeated wish to return item. I had to send photos of it and the packaging. They offered 10% refund which I declined, then 15% which I declined, then a final offer of 20%. I declined as under my consumer rights for online selling I’m entitled to a full refund. They refuse to tell me where to send the item to return it. Absolute charlatans.

I have given this company one star as that was the only way to leave a review. PLEASE don't waste your money buying from this company.. Like many other customers, I didn't get what I ordered, they refused to honour 14 day cooling off period they claim to offer on their website and if you need to return your items, you have to pay to return them to China along with paying some ridiculous restocking fee. It is a complete scam. Currently looking at what legal action I can take to get my money back and stop this scam.

[EDIT - You will see that company responded to this review offering support, I emailed them again. No resolution, their position remained as set out in the review. The reply was, in my view, just an attempt at portraying themselves in a good light. PLEASE do not be scammed by this company]

Never ever buy anything from this Company. Just arrived and it’s absolute junk. Smart dress shirt ordered and it’s the cheapest rubbish I’ve ever seen. It’s gone straight in the bin and never even tried on.

Total waste of £40 and it’s from China

This company seems to be a scam to me and I also wish I’d read the reviews before. I’ve ordered two linen shirts and it’s been two weeks and nothing has arrived. When I first contacted via email (as the registered phone number doesn’t ever dial through) i waited days and they did not reply, then I finally received a reply after sending a chaser email. I’ve asked for a refund since the status of dispatch has not changed since I received the first email and they refuse to give this as they tell me my order is already being processed. I am now repeatedly email and receiving the same reply and they continue to tell me the delivery is progressing but yet nothing has changed in status and I do not have any tracking information. I’ve also explained that since it’s been two weeks I no longer want the items but they reply with the same response. I truly believe I have been scammed and will get in touch with my bank now. I will also post on their social media channels if possible to pre-warn others. Scammers.
