DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Absolutely dreadful! Needed these for a holiday. Give the impression they are based in Europe: NOT TRUE! They're Chinese. Kept telling me deliver was near: NOT TRUE - I could see that they were still in China: even their own stupid tracking system showed that. Obviously going to miss my holiday but they REFUSED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY! What a bunch of con artists.

Do not buy from this company! Waited 2 weeks for a cheap shirt to arrive with cut out labels from a Chinese sweatshop. Requested a refund, as they state 30 day return guaranteed. They offer you all different deals to encourage you to keep it. No mention of sending the item back to the states at a premium cost and also charge you a 10% restock fee, which they don’t even mention. Only found this out from another review. Even when you ask about it, they avoid answering you. I ended up getting a 50% refund and keep a shirt that is fit for the bin. Avoid avoid, complete scammers!!!!

I ordered a sweather. Product arrived with no label of any kind, no tag. There was no way to know the size nor what material was made of (even the brand!!). No quality whatsoever, the item was shedding as soon as removed from the plastic.
Ah, of course no return as the item has to be returned at your expense... Bear in mind this needs to go back to China!!

Like everyone else who have reviewed this company, I have been fooled by the misleading photos which I found through Google search. Poor quality, no labels so you cannot even verify the materials used or size of the outfits. They claim that their order processing takes one to two days but mine took about a week plus another week for delivery. All in all, 2 weeks from date of order to date of delivery. The two jackets were meant to be identical fit and size but different colours however, the sizes received are very different!

Unfortunately for me, I ordered 2 of what I was made to understand were smart colourful fitted jackets (my Google search criteria)- it has been very disappointing and a wake-up call.. I wish I had checked their reviews first (as I would usually do when buying online).

Based on other customers' comments and experiences, I wouldn't even bother/waste my time and energy to ask them for a refund.
Definitely a company to avoid. Their Google and website adverts are fake and misleading.

I was expecting great things, the ordering was easy and had good communication with regular updates whilst waiting for my item.

I actually didn't know whether to laugh or cry when the dress arrived.

It looked amazing on the website, in real life it was a really cheap synthetic material. The dress itself was a totally different design to the pictured item. Also to note, the dress I ordered was floor length, the one that arrived was calf length. It is also supposed to be a size 12, but more like a 16-18. It also has no tags or labels in it. Its actually
horrible.

I've emailed to ask for a returns label but having read some of the reviews on here I'm not counting my chickens.

If I don't get a full refund, I will 100% report them to the relevant bodies.

Update: They have offered to replace the dress with the correct size but I have to pay £8 for the privilege 😂.

I have told them in no uncertain terms that as per my consumer rights I reject the item and require a prepaid returns label and a full refund.

I have already disputed the transaction to my bank (really easy to do in your banking app, just click on the transaction) and will report the website to the UK cyber crime centre.

For anybody else who has fallen victim to this scam site, do not let them off with it.

Deep dissatisfied I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered because I would never have gone through with it. I was very disappointed with product it was not like i had expected. After asking for a refund and return they keep trying to offer me 10 percentage of refund. In order to get full refund I have to return the item back to CHINA.

Received a faulty dress no tags attached and stained very disappointed on the web terms and conditions states full refund on return.So I got in touch with customer service, and found out that I had to return to China which I was not expecting this would cost me in the region of £20 I was offered 20% off the company and I could keep the dress which when received looked like rag stained and no tags.very dissatisfied, asked to hear from a manager that was completely ignored. In the end I felt I had to take the £5.99 refund a total waste of money.dont use this web site a total rip off

Absolute scam of a Company, Do Not buy from them.Registered in Netherlands but a China return address and if you have a problem then all you get are generic replies offering increasing % refunds. Refuse to accept anything back unless customer covers extreme postage back to China. Pictures I'm sure are AI generated to improve look as items are rarely what they look like when received. Because of who and where they Consumer Rights Act 2015 means nothing to them. Refuse to refund unless high postage paid then 10% " re-stocking" fee on top. Never let your wife loosebon the Internet as this is what happens. Reported to Trading Standards.

I am afraid I have also been scammed by this company. The dress I received looked nothing like the picture on their website it is very very poor quality and I also wanted to return it They make it impossible for this to happen as you have to return it to China at your own expense plus they deduct a 10% handling fee therefore I have ended up keeping the old rag they sent me.

I wish I had read the reviews before i ordered from them. Please be warned do not be tempted to use this company you too will be scammed.

This 'company' is a scammer and fraudster from China. They produce absolute rubbish. I stupidly ordered a blouse, asked if this was produced/sent from China then cancel order. They lied and said it was from Netherland. When it eventually arrived it was so sub standard, no labels, dreadful material, wrong size and smelt awful. I then tried to return for full refund as advertised. Impossible to do, they offered 10% return and keep item...why would I want it? Eventually after 20 emails from me they said I could return it to CHINA but I would have to pay carriage to CHINA and forfeit 10% handling/restocking.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If anyone wants a duster please contact me but I would not even use it as a duster.
As you will see by the reply- they lie, I have constantly emailed them and they have refused to refund for this FAULTY item. 23/09/26 OK so I've had no choice but to agree to a £2.99 refund for a total rubbish item costing over £14.00. They have CONNED me and no doubt countless others. I could have apparently returned this to CHINA at a cost of £25.00 to me with a charge on to of 10% handling/restocking.

Advertise quality items from Netherlands based company in fact cheap and nasty item received from China!. £16 to post back plus 10% restocking charge so £18 50 to return it. Item cost £24.95. Ignore their replies to these complaints they are meaningless genetic responses. If you buy from them and its not as advertised you either keep the item and accept a meagre refund or return to China at considerable cost to yourself. I urge you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Complete scam tactics – Sent wrong/defective item and refused legal refund
Do not buy from this company; it feels like a total scam website. I ordered a linen shirt, but received a cheap synthetic shirt with the wrong collar (mandarin style), incorrect sizing, and zero tags or care labels attached. When I requested a return, customer support repeatedly refused a full refund, attempting to force small partial refunds (10%, 15%, 20%) so I would keep a completely unusable item. When I insisted on a full refund, they demanded that I pay expensive international return shipping to China and threatened to deduct an illegal 10% restocking fee—violating basic UK Consumer Rights Act rules for defective goods. Save your time and money; I have had to escalate this to my bank for a credit card chargeback and report them to Trading Standards.

Do not buy from this company. You won't get the order you paid for instead a cheap and nasty item, wrong size, colour and quality fit for the bin!!! After numerous emails will not accept responsibility nor will they give full refund. Scam company and website does not reflect items you receive.

Recently ordered an outfit for a funeral I am attending overseas. It arrived yesterday. Totally cheap copy a different shade of colour cheaply made, I should know Ive been sewing for over 50 years, it was a very very bad copy of the beautiful jumpsuit that was advertised. I emailed asking for a refund and got a quick reply offering to resend the correct size and at a flat fee of £8 I was asked to send pictures ect. I responded I wanted a refund. I think they have blocked me.
Luckily I have a back up outfit for the funeral

Do not use I ordered 3 items which looked very nice on the website. They were all of poor quality & much too big.
I have tried to return them for a refund. I have been round in circles trying to get the refund instructions. I have been told to return them to china at my own expense.
I will never use again

Dresses arrived late for the event, looked nothing like the images and now don't want to accept them back from credit.

Not sure how they are able to trade in the UK.
