Staff Are Absolute Stars
The staff at Laura Bond are the loveliest, from booking my appointment to getting the piercings, I had a wonderful experience because these women were all so kind and welcoming. It was my first time getting pierced, and they made it feel so special and easy that I had no reason to feel nervous. It is very clear that Laura Bond cares about their customers, and I definitely recommend them to anyone with a fear of needles hoping to get pierced in Edinburgh.

This is a very well organised business and each member of staff has a clear role. Communication is excellent prior, during and post appointment! Staff are friendly and welcoming and put you at ease before hand, they have lovely comfortable facilities and an excellent product range to choose from! Piercers are experienced I am absolutely delighted with the product and service - will be back again and would totally recommend!

Lovely shop and staff
Lovely shop and everyone I dealt with were very friendly. Gave good advice about choice and options and the piercer was lovely :-) took minutes to do with minimal discomfort. Very happy with my piercing! I will be back to get more!

Best piercing studio
Following breaking my back I decided to go and get my nose pierced. I have wanted to for years.
Sarah Crowe was brilliant and did my piercing but all the staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The shop is lovely and everything is so hygienic down to the disposable pens that make the mark for your piercing
Can’t rate it high enough.

Jewelry was great quality and beautiful! Unfortunately the girl who helped us didn't know that 16 gage is actually larger than 18 gage. I tried to point her in the right direction but she insisted she was sure. Might want to go over that with staff again. Still a wonderful experience!

Beautiful pieces
Fast delivery & nicely packaged.
Love the jewellery, beautiful and delicate, was smaller than I thought. As the pieces were small I really struggled to get them in & my ear ended up sorer than it was when pierced😬. I have tried to find the tool I've seen in some of your adverts but can see it on the Web site.
Overall great experience and will buy again as there are lots of pieces I like.

Thanks for your review! We're sorry to hear you struggled fitting your jewellery at home. We always recommend going to see a reputable piercer if you're at all unsure as to how to fit the pieces to ensure your piercings don't get irritated and the jewellery is fitted securely.
We wouldn't recommend using tools to fit our jewellery as solid gold is a delicate metal and can scratch and dent. However, if you're thinking of the tapers we sometimes use to thread the labret post through the piercing canal, we're hoping to be able to start offering them to our customers in due course.

Popped in whilst on holiday to have a previous piercing checked and downsized and ended up with another piercing too !!
Every one is always so welcoming and genuinely so kind and caring. Sarah made me feel so relaxed and calm that I hardly felt a thing.

Exquisite pieces, great service
I purchased the North Star studs as gifts for my adult children. After buying a Daith ring ( I had been looking for 5 years for something beautiful but understated. The North stars arrived today one for a love one for a cartilage and they are exquisite.
