Great customer service, beautiful jewellery and brilliant prices. I've had Maria Tash in the past and found the screw posts to be thin and unreliable - one front even snapped off the post. Laura Bond's are so much stronger, much more affordable and just as dainty and beautiful ✨ can't wait to see more dainty diamonds in the future.

I have recently purchased a number of items for my daughter as gifts for her upcoming birthday & Christmas.
The jewellery is absolutely beautiful & very well made. Delivery was prompt.
Some of the items I wanted were out of stock online so I contacted customer services & they were able to source them for me which enabled me to purchase them as an extra gift. Fabulous customer service from lovely staff. These are reasons why I have shopped with Laura Bond over the past few years and will continue to do so.

Laura is great! My wife has a number of her pieces. When I wanted a surprise gift Laura was able to help me pick out items, help me with sizes and specs. Communication is always great and the products themselves are amazing.

Such a lovely and helpful team too, I didn’t get the sale code because I accidentally unsubscribed to emails so messaged them on IG within the first hour the Black Friday sale went live and they replied to me instantly and got me the code!

It’s also really nice to support a small UK business who really genuinely care about the customer experience over sales, and I really feel that as a customer, I’ve messaged the team so many times over the years about how to unscrew an earring I can’t get out and asked questions about designs etc, about tips for styling my (male) ear and the replies are always so lovely and personal (they don’t feel corporate or clinical), like nothings really too much trouble!

Hoping I can get up to Edinburgh soon and visit in person!

Couldn't fault my piercing experience at Laura Bond- all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Even when I couldn't get the piercing I had planned due to my anatomy- they gave me time to think about alternative options and were overall just really lovely!

I visited thinking I might need to get a very old lobe piercing repierced, however sarah took a look and luckily they just needed earrings put in. I chose my earrings and sarah put them in for me. I then planned my next piercing and chose my jewellery for that too. As always the service from everyone at Laura Bond was 100%! Lovely friendly atmosphere in the shop.

I LOVE my Laura Bond earrings, so beautiful and unique. My only problem is not having enough piercings to wear them all, so I’m planning some more!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, it was a great experience from start to finish. The piercing was done so professionally, I’ve never had any swelling or painful feeling - it’s like it’s always been there! Wish I could come back to Edinburgh asap for another one :)

Gather 'round, fellow gold lovers, for the tale of my expensive lesson! £130. I purchased Laura Bond's 9k solid yellow gold 8mm 18g hammered texture clicker hoop earring, expecting a lifetime of sparkle. Instead, my gold earring is heavily tarnished to a horrid, dirty copper colour.

This is the bit where I hope I can help others avoid the same mistake: if you have a tricky piercing like a daith, DO NOT buy this product or any under the label solid 9ct gold. It will tarnish and will need constant upkeep and cleaning on a regular (monthly) basis. My downfall was my own lack of knowledge on the subject: since 9ct gold is only 37.5% pure gold, the high copper alloy content means it will tarnish very quickly and require constant cleaning and maintenance to retain its shine.

When I emailed, Customer Service admitted tarnishing was normal but offered no solution beyond suggesting I buy their own £6.95 cleaning cloth. A true gold heist! Laura Bond, please put on your product page that solid 9ct gold needs attention and is high maintenance and not suitable for piercings that will need a professional to remove it for you while you clean it with a cloth.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a £130 ugly copper hoop to stare at.
