The reason I’ve scored this company high is because although the item I ordered arrived incorrect, they were able to rectify this issue within 24 hours and the correct item was received and fitted problem free and at no extra charge to myself.
The manager, Matt, was most helpful and dealt with the problem immediately. Thanks Matt.

product is exactly what i wanted , its was easy to find and order on Lathams website ! One product wasn't in stock but was informed as soon as it was and was delivered straight away ! would definitely recommend !

Ordered 6 bullet locks no sign of them contacted Latham just sent a picture of a delivery but not delivered my side tried to get them to contact royal mail for proof of delivery will not return Email or ring me first and last time of using these suppliers very poor service

I needed to purchase a couple of locks (keyed alike) with a lot of extra keys. Previously I have used the Yale Platinum 3 stars at home, however the cost with the extra keys was prohibitive. I found Lathams online and for the price felt it was worth a punt. The reviews were great after all.

They arrived (posted through the letterbox with an almighty clunk!) only a day or two later despite using the economy postage.

They are seriously heavy locks with all the top features. I could barely tell the different between this and a Yale - in fact only the branding and key style is different. The keys are perfectly cut with all 16 users reporting they work flawlessly in all weathers. I've added no graphite to loosen them as it was wholly unnecessary as the lock is high quality. Compared to the kitemarked but no-brand locks I removed they are night and day. Could not recommend enough.

Ordered the product (Eurolock barrels) - they came quickly and were well packaged. Latham's resolves a query I had very quickly and made a refund for additional items that were incorrect. The best customer service I have experienced on the net - thank you C@Latham's

I am updating my original review.
I originally left a 1 star bad review because I had not received my product and Lathams were not returning my emails or calls. Since then I have heard from Matt at Lathams and he profusely apologised for the poor service and explained what had happened with staffing. He sent my product which was received within a few days and has since phoned again and emailed to check all is ok. That is the sort of service I would expect and I am glad it has all been sorted and I fully accept his explanation. I cannot give 5 stars because of the what happened originally but they have since redeemed themselves and I will use them again.

Ordered a Euro Lock on 29th September. To date I have not received anything. They do not answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. I cannot understand why they get such good reviews.
Not impressed.

Bought keyed alike euro cylinders, easy to order and a fast delivery.
When I opened the packet, I had made a mistake with one of my measurements. I spoke to the company, who could not have been more helpful and sorted out my mistake straight away.
I would recomend Latham's to anybody.

Purchased a replacement euro cylinder from their standard anti-snap/bump/drill/pick range.
Nice looking lock at a very reasonable price for the features. Far better value than some of the brand names.
