I had major problems replacing a Eurocell barrel lock. I cannot recommend Craig from Latham’s Hardware highly enough.
He has been outstanding throughout with help and advice. Impossible to get better service!

My first, and certainly not my last, trading experience with the delightful folk at Latham’s Hardware Ltd; resulted in my absolute satisfaction, not only with the superb quality and reasonable cost of their hardware products, but the truly sensational, superb customer service and welcome I received.

Having e-mailed my initial trade enquiry, I received a swift and informative response from company manager, Craig Wharton, who proceeded to assist me with my potential purchase. He very kindly made an amendment to a product that other companies would not undertake due to additional time and effort. This resulted in my ‘customised’ item being ready for collection asap.

Each e-mail thereafter sent to Craig, was responded to without delay and always positively. I had a good feeling about Lathams at this point, as many companies simply failed on their poor communication skills alone.

Upon arrival at Latham’s reception area, I was met by Craig himself, with a genuinely warm greeting and a firm, strong handshake….(always a good sign!)

My item proved to be exactly as required….at a lesser cost than imagined….and…came with a healthy chunk of tried and tested, excellent customer service.

I’d urge anyone requiring the services of an efficient, friendly team of professionals, in the lock/door hardware sector, to give Latham’s a try…I promise you’ll not be disappointed.

Ordered a door lock, unfortunately ended up being the wrong size (ordered the wrong one) but they were quick to respond to emails and happy to return items without any hassle.
