First of all the quality of the case is great, but as with all things, sometimes you may have bad luck! But this is where Latercase support shines through , even being outside of the warranty period, the support team went above and beyond to provide me with a alternative solution which fixed my problem. Kudos to all the Latercase team, most definitely will purchase from them again.

I was sick of my old thick rubber case and was having issues magnetic charging. My new Latercase on my S23 did the trick. Thin... grippy.... strong and chargeable.

Understanding customer service very helpful they did exactly what they said they would in my issue and all is resolved I am a very grateful happy customer thank you also would like to add I own three letter cases with a fourth one on the way .i will keep on being a customer in the future very nice comfortable cases well done thank you.

For what it is, it's great. I first used a Latercase with my Pixel 5, so I ordered another when I moved to a Pixel 8. The Pixel 8 is so slippery to hold. The Latercase is thin and unobtrusive, but I wouldn't count on it for impact protection. There's absolutely no protection for the screen. What I do like is its thin, grippy feel, and it does provide some protection for the camera lens when I set the phone down on a hard surface without adding bulk when I stuff it in my pocket.

The Latercase for my Samsung S24 Ultra is the best case ever! Perfect thinness and weight! Not only does it look good in midnight, but feels great too! Thank you so much!

This is my second Latercase. Loved the first one so much - I had to come back. I ordered the Classic Kevlar iPhone 15 Pro Case, but really needed the 14 Pro. I asked for an exchange and almost immediately was give an RA return code with explicit instructions and no questions asked. The Customer Service is superb and so helpful in making certain I had the right case and the correct address and they are already sending the exchange. Great Company and staff! I will be back again soon.

This company is the real deal. Amazing customer support. Love my iPhone case. Best once I’ve owned and I’ve been through dozens. Will continue to use their cases.

I originally purchased a Carbon Fiber case for the Galaxy S22 Ultra and was THRILLED with the fit, perfect openings for multiple cameras, and "grippy" feel.

When I decide to upgrade to the S24 Ultra, I ordered a case in advance for it. However, found the phone to be too "bulky" for me compared to S22 Ultra.

So, went through several orders, having to send 3 cases back.

Customer service was ALWAYS accommodating, punctual, and friendly!!

This is THE PLACE to go for extraordinary "thin" cases and FABULOUS service!

I bought this for my S24 Ultra and am very satisfied with the grip and lightweight design. I recommend this case to people seeking a minimalist option.

I bought in the past for Samsung S22 Ultra, Samsung S23 Ultra, Google Pixel 6, and last week for Samsung S24 and Iphone 15. Always the cases matched perfectly, and what I like is that for Ultra models, the height of the cases on laterals is the same with the top and bottom, so it really offers a good protection.
Their customer support always worked very well, with replied answers for each question I had on the way.
Even if it takes a bit to arrive, and have to pay customs being in Europe, I will for sure continue with Latercase.

Update: I have had a full offer of a refund from Latercase who assure me they had replied to my emails. They've been very helpful and anything but indifferent. I still think the design looks wrong but then that may just be me.

This was my second latercase, my iPhone 15pro case shipped to the UK. Like my first purchase (iPhone 13) the purchasing experience was slick and hassle free. When the case was fitted, I noticed that there is a 2mm gap between the lens cutout and the lens itself. This would be an absolute dirt and crud magnet, all kinds of debris will get in there. I checked my iPhone 13 case - no gap, so I put it down to a manufacturing error. I reached out to Latercase by email and suggested it may be faulty. I got a reply saying it was not a manufacturing problem it was supposed to be like that. (Really?) They offered me a refund if I sent it back at my own international shipping expense. I emailed again asking ‘why’ they would deliberately design it with such a pronounced gap - no reply. It’s a shame as I liked the first one but I won’t be buying any more.

I don't like phone cases. Always too bulky. I mean, I'm retired always at home so I don't need one of those ugly fat monster. This Latercase is just exceptional. Especially for bigger phones. Oh and customer support is the best, seriously.

Very disappointed in this case. This case shows fingerprints to the extreme, making the case look like trash. Very disappointing at the $50 price point.

In my case a mistake was made, my fault or theirs didn't matter. They took care of it and sent me a replacement after I sent the other one back. At the end of the day, I have what I wanted and I am happy. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. This is the 4th case I have ordered and used and the latest was just a bit looser than I would like near the bottom. So I reached out received information in less than an hour. They are sending me a replacement and I couldn't be happier.

This is on top of already being stoked about the cases lightness but yet it's ability to deflect and prevent damage when dropping.Thanks Nick!

So at first I thought it was a good case. But after a short time of using I notice the case was wanting to fall off. So apparently after a short time the case seemed to stretch in a way that it would get loss on my phone. So at this point I have had this case for about a month I figured it should not be a problem so I contacted Latercase in this matter and after explaining and sending a short video they said we can do a return. I figured great, here return it to this address in it original box. I told them I don't have the original box and they said no problem you can send it back in a padded envelope and we will give you a full refund. Thank you Latercase

This company is a complete JOKE! The worst customer service!

I wish I could write a review on the case itself but hey, it’s been 6 weeks since I ordered it and still no sign of it. I’ve contacted their customer support and I’m pretty sure it’s just a chatbot responding with zero useful updates.

I ordered the case as a gift for someone for Xmas on the 26th Nov - the website said 5-15 days shipping so I thought I was safe. It’s now the 5th Jan and it’s still in a sorting centre, where it has been for weeks. I asked for a refund but was told to contact them when I receive the case.

Honestly don’t bother with these guys. From what I’ve read online this is a common issue.
