I was able to renew over the phone.
I was able to renew over the phone.
Second person I spoke to reassured me that my policy was all in order and was very prompt in emailing the documents. He was also patient as I went through everything, recognising the importance with regards to the safety of my instruments. Although unable to pay over 12 months, the cost was reasonable.

I was distraught after I found....
I was distraught after I found my right ear monitor of my favourite pair of ultimate Ear 5 pros had cracked after coming off stage at a prolific gig.
I was referred from the Musicians Union to Lark to carry through the claim.
Once I had the relevant documents available for the claim to proceed, Lauren was very helpful in letting me know the easy, step-by-step process, contacting the relevant businesses where I purchased the monitors during, to carry out my in-ear monitor claim, all via email.
Great service, hopefully I don't need to be back again, but it's good to know you can gain great cover from them.

Repairer's perspective
As a repairer all questions are responded to quickly and clearly. Payment made promptly. They are always fair and reasonable in their assessments and requests. Aaron has been unfailingly helpful in all my dealings with him, and Lark are my recommended insurers whenever clients ask.

Efficient at renewing.
It is difficult to make an assessment, since, thankfully, I have yet to make a claim. The price of the insurance seems to be reasonable.

Pricy but good sales service.
I had a lot of questions (the written documents I was sent were not clear and detailed enough for me) and it took me a while to understand everything. The representative was patient and polite, explaining everything. On the other hand I found the price extremely high.

Insurance IS worth it!
I can't really say I "believe in insurance" or ever getting reimbursed by insurers, so when I recently had an accident with my precious violin, I was astonished that Lark Music reacted both promptly and super-efficiently and reimbursed my claim! My goodness! I cannot thank them, and Aaron at Lark specifically, for their help. So insurance is worth it!!! Highly recommend Lark and will continue to insure with them, in the hope that I never need them again :-)
