Customer rep was very patient
Customer rep was very patient in recording the list of additions to the policy. He sounded a bit fed up and I don’t blame him - it was a laborious task which he said I could have done online. I didn’t realise that before the call so I apologised to him. No criticism of him from me at all. He made it easy for me to get the task done.

What can I say about Lark music…
What can I say about Lark music insurance, total professionalism. Have a claim, NO problem, phoned on a Monday resolved on Tuesday. Not many companies (if any) that could deal with a claim that quick. The person that dealt with me Lisa lathwell a pleasure to speak to, nothing was too much trouble. Assured me that my claim would be dealt with swiftly and it was. I would and will recommend Lark insurance to all my musician friends to go with them.

Frustrating
Tried to create an online account to pay my annual fee. Didn’t work. Tried phoning all morning - didn’t work (I was later told it was staff training on a Monday morning?). So I went into local branch of Howdens who were very kind and friendly but couldn’t get through either! But they did send you an e mail. I later managed to do it all on line. Paid in full. Someone from your office phoned me after that!
Today I’ve received renewal documents saying my policy is due for renewal!
