AVOID!!
Absolutely no way of contacting customer services apart from by email to which they hardly ever respond to.
Waiting for a refund for a month now and no money in my account despite them telling me it has been issued.

No Refund being given, no replies to emails
I ordered a pair of trainers and had to return them, despite them being delivered back successfully (tracked by Post Office) I haven't received a refund or an acknowledgment of their receipt of them. I have emailed them many times with no response. I am still waiting.
Very disappointing.

I ordered an Anya Hindmarch Vanity Case online - A few hours later they cancelled my order. They took the money out of my account the next day and for over a week I have been emailing them twice a day and no one has bothered to get back to me.
Avoid ordering from them at all cost.
I hope they refund my money and I am taking this further.

The order was cancelled with no communication. I sent two emails asking why, as the item was still being offered for sale - no response.
I have received my refund which is a relief.
I have used this company before and had a good experience, but this experience would mean I probably wouldn’t use them again.
Problems sometimes occur but the communication is key to make sure your customer understands and to not communicate, and then ignore two of my emails - I’m out!

Would score 0 - bought trainers early December and returned shortly after, still no refund and no reply to my emails...I suspect they have gone into liquidation. Be careful.

Dont shop here. They do not respond at all. Bought a small wallet in chain, they screwed up the customs form and the bag was stuck in customs 2/3 weeks and they dont even help. Thr items went back to them 25 days ago and i still cant get a refund or a reply

Beware of Returns!
I bought a pair of Victoria Beckham Sky boots and returned them because they were too small. I fronted $216 for the return bill through DHL. They received the boots Oct. 11th. It took them until Oct. 30th to process the return.

Horrible, they have no number for customer service. I ordered a pair of Alexander McQueen shoes that were too small and returned the immediately. My DHL Waybill says this company received my return on September 06,2023 it is October 26,2023 and i STILL have not received my money back yet. Very disappointed because those shoes are not cheap. I would like a refund or I’ll be leaving a bad review every where.
UPDATE: It’s now November 24,2023 STILL NO REFUND. These people are doing bad business.

When I ordered the bag, the terms were indicated "Tax and duties included" for the region "rest of Europe". Nevertheless I had to pay to DHL more than CHF 70 for taxes and duties. I never received an answer from Larizia in this matter. Now they changed their terms: International orders are exclusiv of taxes.
I think this is not honest and I will not order again from Larizia
