Was searching for a specific Blancpain watch and Executive Watch Collection had an excellent piece available for an extremely fair price. Ordering and delivery was very fast and efficient, so the experience was great from start to finish. They have an extensive range available so will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I bought a vintage watch from Rory as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the bracelet repeatedly coming undone while she was wearing it.

I contacted Rory and he was excellent from the outset. He immediately arranged for the watch to be returned and repaired. When we received it back, the bracelet had improved slightly but was unfortunately still coming undone, so in the end I decided to return the watch for a refund.

After looking into it further online, I found that other owners of the same model had reported the same issue with the bracelet, so it seems this may be a characteristic or weakness of that particular model rather than a fault specific to the watch Rory sold me.

Throughout the whole process, Rory’s communication was excellent. He was friendly, responsive, and sorted out everything.

Obviously it was disappointing that the watch didn’t work out, but you often find out how good a seller really is when something goes wrong. Rory dealt with the situation extremely well from start to finish, and based on my experience I would have no hesitation buying another watch from him in the future.

I could not speak highly enough about my experence. The price was very good communication excellent and went well above and beyond. Highly recommended. Would have no hesitation in a return visit.

Really positive experience with Executive Watch Collection and wanted to specifically mention how good the returns process was as I know that’s something people can understandably be cautious about when buying watches online.

The Cartier Santos I bought arrived exactly as described, beautifully presented, and in great condition. Unfortunately after trying it on properly, I realised the sizing/style just wasn’t right for me personally. No fault at all with the watch itself.

I was honestly quite nervous about returning something of that value, but Rory made the whole process straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were genuinely accommodating, especially with accessibility and collection arrangements as I’m a wheelchair user.

Rather than forcing me down a complicated postage route, Rory personally came down to collect the watch from me in Birmingham and processed the refund immediately. Couldn’t really ask for better customer service than that.

A lot of companies talk about having an “easy returns process”, but Executive Watch Collection actually backed it up.

Would definitely recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again in future.
